  I stay in many hotels for work up and down the country and across Europe...I don't often leave a review to many to little time, but honestly I found the staff super helpful, friendly and smiling which genuinely took me by surprise, good location for work appointment at THFC, nice dinner great room, keep it up guys I will no doubt be back when coming to this area again.....Your manager should give you all a pay rise

  Rooms were clean and quiet. Couldn’t hear any noise from other guests or outside. Felt very safe throughout the stay. Check in was quick and easy. Sam who checked us in was friendly and gave us a choice of room. Great hotel to stay at if you’re doing anything at Tottenham stadium. 15 mins away in a taxi.

  Overall, this hotel is a disappointment. I'm an IHG Member and have stayed in dozens of HI/HI Express and this is not worthy of the brand. Positives: The front desk staff are excellent and very helpful and WiFi is free, but that's about all I can think of that's positive. Parking: £10/day pay on arrival, but the car park is far too small. When the hotel is full, you have no choice but to double park, kerb park or park on double yellows, despite the fact Sainsbury's next door has a massive car park which is never full. They should negotiate more spaces. Rooms: Dated, but comfy enough overall. The road doesn't cause many issues. The tea/coffee is very rationed. The shower is tepid and fluctuates. Bed was ok and slept as reasonably as a person who needs to loo 3 times a night would! Breakfast: the worst hotel breakfast we've ever had! Watered down OJ or the strangest apple we've ever seen, powdered scrambled eggs with no other choices, toast can be butter (no margarine), honey (which you squeeze out of a sticky plastic tub into a paper sachet) or marmite from a shared jar and that's it. Refused to warm milk for cereals. Sausages were awful, bacon was dry, bread was stale. Hardly any fruit other than canned summer fruits and a shared yoghurt bowl which unless you are the first to, good luck. Location: road isn't so bad, but we arrived by train. From Walthamstow it's a shortish bus ride on the 97 or the 158 takes you to/from Stratford. Overall: I would not choose to stay here again.
