  Stayed here one night (Friday) waiting to visit my daughter and our new first grandchild as they left hospital. Romeo made us feel so welcome and allocated us 2 nice second floor quiet rooms. Thanks too to the nice lady, sorry I didn't get your name, who served our drinks and lovely Pizza. We were so happy here that we're staying again next week when we visit our daughter and family again.

  We had a lovely holiday at the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The food was good, with plenty of choices, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and spending time in the peaceful surroundings.

  Had a lovely time staying here. Spent a few days here at the end of August while attending a festival and Notting Hill Carnival. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. Special shout out to Pinar for taking the time to chat to me and my brother everyday. She really runs a tight ship 🫡. Also thanks to Romeo and Suzie for being amazing members of staff. Would highly recommend a stay here if you're travelling to London for holiday or business.

  Absolutely great staff, especially Irena. Every time an issue came up, she solved it quickly without any fuss and kept things completely stress free. The rooms are great with reliable air conditioning. The WiFi can occasionally be a bit slow on my laptop, but other than that, I loved the service!
