You can’t go wrong with the four seasons, they are competing with themselves second place is way behind.
A wonderful experience! The location near Tower Bridge is exceptional, with stunning views of London. The hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff are welcoming, professional and always available to help.
A special mention for the spa, which is simply exceptional! A truly relaxing experience in a beautiful setting, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring London.
The breakfast offers a great variety and is of very high quality. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort and, above all, its amazing spa. Definitely an experience I would love to repeat!

The resort is charming, and the service is excellent. We enjoyed our room with gold-accented bathrooms. It’s located convenient walking distance to the tube. We dined at the new restaurant, Cooper’s Cut which was excellent. We can’t wait to come back.

Extremely disappointing experience — not what I expected from Four Seasons.
After a long flight, the last thing you expect when arriving at a luxury hotel is to walk into your room and discover dirty bedsheets. Unfortunately, that was exactly what happened to us at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge.
What made the situation even more disappointing was how it was handled by the management. We spoke with the manager, Danyi, and I found the response to be extremely unhelpful and lacking any sense of genuine care or urgency. After traveling a long way, dealing with this issue took up a significant amount of our time, and we did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously.
To make matters worse, we also had an issue with the shower. A member of the housekeeping management team came to assist us, but while trying to help, I ended up completely drenched — including my hair and clothes. At that point, after everything that had already happened, the only solution we were offered was laundry service.
For a hotel carrying the Four Seasons name and price point, I expected a completely different level of attention, accountability, and guest care. The room was not properly prepared upon arrival, the situation was mishandled, and the response from management left us feeling extremely disappointed.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are expecting the level of service and hospitality typically associated with the Four Seasons brand. The experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and far below what we expected from a luxury property.

It’s a lovely hotel in a fabulous building, but just not quite to the standard of other Four Seasons and comparable hotels. Breakfast is a limited à la carte menu and while good, not outstanding. The same should be said for the service. Rooms are well maintained and very nice, but we did have loud noises in the night that kept us awake and only limited attention was paid to this at check-out. I will be back at the Four Seasons again, but unfortunately not this one
