  Not bad as a base. Room was a decent size, beds were clean. Note this is not as close to Kings cross and it sounds, it was a 15/20 minute walk and the closest tube station was a 15 minute walk. There is a bus stop a few minutes down the road which went to Kings Cross but the buses were always full especially if you have suitcases with you. Probably wouldn't stay again but only due to location which we should have researched better.

  This place is a disaster. Our first room 460 was ridden with black mold and no air conditioning.Our second room was no better bad mold smell. My wife and I ended up getting a sinus infection from the mold in this place and we were only there for two nights. I have requested refund with no response. So i am filling a complaint with Londons health department. This place should be closed permanently taken down. That is the only to get rid of the infectus pee tree dish of mold here. Stay away if you value your health.

  Absolutely pathetic service at Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross! My brother’s bag was stolen from the hotel premises while he was at the breakfast buffet, and the hotel has yet to provide a formal statement or confirm whether any investigation has even taken place. Zero accountability, zero transparency. Utterly disgraceful for a hotel of this standard!

  Absolutely pathetic experience at Crowne Plaza London – Kings Cross. My brother’s bag was stolen from within the hotel premises while he was having breakfast at the buffet. What makes this experience even worse is the hotel’s complete lack of accountability and communication. Despite the seriousness of the incident, they have yet to provide a written statement explaining what happened or confirm whether any proper investigation has been conducted. A hotel of this standard should take the safety of its guests and their belongings seriously. The least we expect is a proper investigation, transparency, and a formal response. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

  Clean and comfortable room. Not very fancy, but not cheap either. The gym was very small and didn't have any windows. It felt a bit claustrophobic. The treadmills were a bit dated, and set in miles instead of kms. Still, I could do my runs. Breakfast is ok. Not great quality, but enough hot options, with all the elements of an English breakfast. However, every day it seemed to be the same.
