  Pessima esperienza. Camera non pulita, doccia con asta rotta, asciugamani lisi e con aloni da pessimo lavaggio, moquette macchiata, nessun supporto per le valigie. Lenzuola lise. Colazione da dimenticare; scarsa qualità delle pietanze e scarsissima varietà di dolci in pratica erano disponibili solo mini brioche dal sapore pessimo e girelline alla cannella. Code per prendere qualsiasi cosa, pessima organizzazione della sala colazione e pessima pulizia. Aree comuni dell'hotel...inesistenti o inutilizzabili. Uniche note positive, il silenzio in camera e la posizione.

  I stayed here with my girlfriend for three nights. The room was clean and a good size. The bed was incredibly comfortable, as was the duvet. The bathroom was appealing, with a lovely, powerful and adjustable shower and a bench in the shower as well. Unfortunately there was a slight smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly, though my experience using the fitness centre was slightly negative, as it is overly complicated gaining access to the centre- you have to ask at reception for access- and the pool is seemingly permanently closed off. The gym is basic but nice and clean.

  Clean, centrally located hotel with generally friendly staff, except, unfortunately, when it came to handling our early checkout request. We asked to check out one day earlier and made it clear that we were willing to pay an early checkout fee. We had also emailed the hotel about this before our trip, but they never replied. Our request was ultimately refused. What disappointed us most was the lack of communication. Leaving a guest’s email completely unanswered is, in my opinion, unacceptable in the hospitality business. A simple response before our arrival would have allowed us to plan accordingly.

  Das Hotel an sich war sehr schön, auch die Beschwerden über zu kleine Betten kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, für zwei Personen reicht ein Doppelbett allemal. Frühstück haben wir nur einmal mitgemacht. Dort ist uns aufgefallen dass eine Servicekraft in die, als Sojamilch, ausgeschilderte Milch Mandelmilch geschüttet hat, was nicht unbedingt vorteilhaft für Menschen mit einer Nussallergie ist 😅 Desweiteren könnte man neue Gäste vielleicht kurz darüber informieren dass Dienstag um 14 Uhr ein Probe-Feuer-Alarm ertönt. Vielleicht war es ja irgendwo mit angegeben, uns wurde jedenfalls nichts gesagt und es hat uns dementsprechend aus den Betten gefegt (war Tag der Ankunft, haben einen kleinen Mittagsschlaf machen wollen). Auch dass alle Türen daraufhin logischerweise zu waren, hat uns ein wenig schockiert. Alles in allem ein doch gutes Hotel, gute und nahe Lage zur King's Cross Station, und auch das Personal war sehr nett. Würde ich wieder buchen 👍🏻

  I would of given negative 5 stars if possible. This was our worst hotel experience ever. Never book here. The restaurant had hair in the soup. The steak was cold and raw. The pasta was over cooked and the sauce was a tomato soup. Which the restaurant admitted to using as a sauce even for the pizza. We were throwing up all night from the food. Never got our drinks. We ended up leaving the restaurant and going next door. The laundry service almost lost all our clothes and ruined an irreplaceable shirt that cost over £1000 was ripped and another silk shirt was ruined as well. Then they stated they would refund us for our clothes and now called to pay the laundry bill. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle of the service. Crowne Plaza my foot! It’s more like Clown Plaza. 🤡🤢🤮🤒
