  Great location, close to Wembley Stadium. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was lovely, and the hotel restaurant was also very nice. The rooms were a good size, bright and clean. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

  Me and my family came down for a Wembley concert and if we were ever to come back this would be the spot. From clean rooms and great service, Crowne Plaza accomplished all the checklists for a great stay.

  I stayed in Room 408 walked in the floor had stains everywhere. The bathroom shower had mould on the tiles and around the plug. The heating and air conditioning rattled and was very loud. They charged me for breakfast even though I didn’t have or want it told me it was part of the package later found out this was a lie. All in all decent location but the hotel needs upgraded from the 80s to 2026. Filthy hotel would not recommend David Parker

  We stayed overnight here to attend a gig at Wembley Stadium. The room was lovely and clean (and the air-conditioning was a lifesaver in this heat wave!). All the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was brilliant, something for everyone. My only issue (which is a very niche one) is that the pillows were feather, and I'm allergic. I realised quite late as we got in late, and reception did try to help. I would advise double checking if you have the same issue. Overall great, and we're coming back next gig!
