just now New I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. The staff were outstanding: friendly, welcoming and always helpful. From The breakfast and the bar My room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean, and the overall service was excellent. Since I check in not during my staying There was one small issue: my room was missed for cleaning even after I mentioned it to the reception team. Apart from that, everything was great, and it didn't take away from my overall experience. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you to the whole team!

Easy access from the Hanger Lane Tube station. Top of the steps exit 3 and the CrownePlaza sign looking right at you. From reception, dining room & bar service, exceptionally kind and remarkable great to work with. The room had excellent blackout curtains - for which we were grateful for each morning. The thermostat was easy to operate and quickly adjusted the temperature up & down in 1/2 degeee Celsius increments. The breakfast buffet was awesome - full English breakfast with black pudding. Pancakes, yogurt, fruit fruit fruit. Highly recommended for staying anywhere around Wembley or between downtown London & Heathrow.
