- PPPatrycja Plenis1 day ago1.0NIE POLECAM! Omijać szerokim łukiem! Podczas naszego pobytu jednego wieczoru w hotelu nie było wody. Na żadnym etapie zameldowania nie zostaliśmy poinformowani o fakcie, że coś takiego będzie miało miejsce. Po całym dniu zwiedzania nie byliśmy w stanie się umyć czy skorzystać z toalety. Wodę w toalecie musieliśmy spuszczać wodą butelkowaną, którą wcześniej zakupiliśmy w sklepie. DRAMAT. Złożyliśmy reklamację, która została odrzucona. Posiadamy filmik, na którym dokładnie widać, że tej wody nie ma a hotel i tak twierdzi, że kłamiemy i kierownik hotelu jest przekonany, że przerwa trwała tylko 20min i dotyczyła tylko ciepłej wody. Jesteśmy ignorowani na każdym etapie kontaktu z działem obsługi klienta. Zarówno telefonicznie jak i mailowo. Sam hotel stary, zaniedbany, brzydko w nim pachnie. Wiele korytarzy, drzwi, które utrudniają korzystanie. W wannie odpływ zatkany, naderwane zasłony. Brak telefonu do kontaktu z recepcją, sejfu. Wiele pajęczyn, wykładzina zaniedbana. Odradzam!

The staff were super friendly and really helpful. It was my birthday and the gifted me a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates. Thank you for a great stay.

However Hotel express inability to provide breakfast because some exigency . That has caused tremendous inconvinience to us They also promised to give refund of breakfast charge. Till date it is not done.
- ADAimee Davies4 days ago3.0This hotel is very close to the tube/Apollo Theatre.On arrival we were greeted by fabulous ,friendly staff however the actual hotel itself is outdated and rather disappointing.We stayed for my daughters 16th birthday and requested a suprise on entering the room.We werent even greeted by a note. We couldn't fault the staff they are a credit to the company .

Staff helpful polite and very professional especially Julia who made our stay that much better . The unlimited breakfast was tasty and hot , there was a wide variety of items inc fruit continental breakfast etc. Highly recommend .
