  The hotel staff Ewing were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was my mum’s first time visiting the UK, and the staff took great care of her and helped her with everything she needed. Their kindness and support made her stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much for making her first UK experience so welcoming! Highly recommended.

  This was my first time to stay in Premier Inn.The room is comfortable with air conditioner. Good location and the service was great .I was surprised that there are some staff from Hong Kong.They gave me warm feelings. Highly recommended for all travelers!

  Iona on reception was very helpful, professional and friendly when I arrived. I have forgotten the guy’s name on reception, but he was so helpful when the USB didn’t work in my room. He sorted it for me. A young lady in breakfast was so helpful too and sorted out a GF breakfast for me. Other staff on reception were very professional, friendly and approachable. The only fault was when I was trying to check out on the last day, it was before 12n, but my room key wouldn’t open the door for the stairwell. And the 2 lifts working were slow and very busy. Other people trying to check out before 12n had the same problem too. Their room keys wouldn’t work on the stairs and lifts were now becoming busier. A family of 5 waited more than 15 minutes at the lift to go down just one floor to reception. Definitely a safety risk in case of an emergency.

  Fantastic stay Exeptional staff and great location! We had a wonderful experience staying at Premier Inn Kingston Upon Thames. Comfortable room and great location, but what truly made the stay special was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Andreina,Valentina and Vineesh for being so attentive, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The whole team does a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

  Originally booked as close to Twickers for the rugger, we eventually got there in July. Long story...Staff were great except for the one who failed to tell housekeeping we needed our room cleaned. Breakfast was great value and not too busy. The building lets the place down. It's generally a bit tired and tatty in places and of the four lifts, only one was working, which meant a bit of inconvenience. Especially considering reception is on the first floor, 85 steps above the entrance at street level. It's quite handy for the station, and trains into Waterloo every 15 minutes or so. But not in the nicest part of Kingston, which needs a clean in some parts.
