The room is clean and comfortable, large enough for our large luggage, the bed very comfortable, the A/C was excellent (and quiet) on this hottest day in June. The breakfast in a spacious dining area was varied and enjoyable. One suggestion for improvement: more hooks for the towels are needed in the bathroom. One problem: the little refrigerator was not cold, they sent someone from housekeeping who said it is working as it should be, but that was not so - it was not cold at all. We used ice to keep something cold. We would stay again if using Heathrow.

Thankfully I was only here one night. This was my fifth hotel on this trip and by far the worst. We were in a non-smoking room that had obviously been smoke in. The "queen bed" that was booked was just 2 mattresses shoved together with no unify topper or pad on top. The mattresses themselves were the single firmest mattress I have ever experienced, a towel on the bathroom floor provided the same level of comfort. There was also obvious water damage in the room where the shower had leaked through the wall that had never been repaired (I assume it was old given it was dry, but the discolored carpet, pealing paint, and expanded particle baseboard, made it very obvious). The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1, is because I did not talk to them about any of these concerns in real time. However, I had no interest in going back down to the front desk given my level of tiredness and the luke warm 1,000 yard stair I received during check in.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would strongly advise drivers and guests to be extremely careful when visiting Crowne Plaza Heathrow Terminal 4. I received a £100 Parking Charge Notice after entering the site solely to collect an Uber passenger. My vehicle was on site for approximately 1 minute and 33 seconds. I did not park, leave my vehicle, or use the facilities. I simply collected a passenger and left. What is particularly concerning is that, after receiving the charge, I discovered numerous online reviews from other drivers and guests reporting very similar experiences, including charges being issued for extremely short visits, passenger pick ups and drop offs. For a hotel that relies on taxis, private hire drivers and visitors, it is disappointing that customers can be exposed to £100 charges for visits lasting only a matter of seconds or a few minutes. I have now formally appealed the charge through POPLA and provided evidence that I was undertaking a legitimate Uber passenger collection. Drivers and guests should ensure they fully understand the parking arrangements before entering the site. Based on the number of reviews raising similar concerns, this appears to be an issue that management should urgently review in the interests of fairness, transparency and customer service. Until then, proceed with caution.

Absolutely unacceptable experience and what feels like nothing more than a money-making trap for hotel guests and drivers. I am a private hire driver and recently dropped off two guests who were staying overnight at the hotel before an early morning flight from Heathrow Terminal 4. My vehicle was on site for around one minute while the passengers unloaded their luggage and entered reception to check in. Two weeks later, I received a £100 parking charge. What makes this even more outrageous is that I had absolutely no financial incentive to avoid the official terminal drop-off. As a licensed private hire driver, the Heathrow drop-off charge is automatically passed on to the customer and added to their fare. I do not save a penny by dropping passengers at the hotel instead of the terminal. In fact, the customer pays less if dropped at the hotel, not me. The hotel staff were unhelpful, dismissive and appeared poorly trained when asked about this policy. There is no clear or customer-friendly process, and many drivers only discover these rules after receiving a £100 charge weeks later. No other Heathrow hotel I regularly visit operates in such an aggressive manner. Even the Sofitel at Terminal 5 has a simple and fair system where entry tickets are validated by hotel staff for legitimate guests. There is no confusion and no nasty surprises weeks later. Charging £100 for a stop lasting barely one minute while dropping off paying hotel guests is excessive, unreasonable and damaging to the hotel's reputation. This is not customer service, it is a parking enforcement scheme disguised as one. I will certainly not recommend this hotel to my clients or colleagues in the future.

I’m very unhappy with the experience we had at Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff came across as rude and disrespectful, and when we brought up our concerns, they showed little interest in helping and seemed completely unconcerned. What made the situation even worse was that my cab driver was charged without any proper explanation, which was both unnecessary and frustrating. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and hospitality from a hotel like this, but unfortunately that was not our experience. Based on the way we were treated, I would not recommend staying here.
