After a 25 hour Sydney to Heathrow flight (including the 2 hour stop in Singapore) on QF1, this hotel was just the right level for our requirements (close to LHR Arrivals, economic, yet comfortable). We booked for early check in, arriving well early to ask about a bag drop and Flavia at Reception was absolutely brilliant in being able to accommodate us even before the early check-in time. Our Premier Plus room on Level 7 was quiet and the bed comfortable. The bathroom/shower clean and great to wash of the post flight weariness. Their soap/body wash has a brilliant fragrance too. Had a late lunch in the bar area downstairs - the Burrito bowl was more than reasonable. As for the room provisions, having 2 bottles of cold water in the fridge was a welcome find. The pod coffee machine, after a 5am wake up was most needed. Downstairs in the restaurant we found quite a good breakfast - the Unlimited Cooked was well provisioned, the cooked English breakfast food range simple yet appropriate and the coffee, even though machine espresso, was well above par. Benjamino and Rohit were our table attendants and were attentive, yet exactly the correct level of considerate, of our needs.

Absolutely appalling treatment at almost midnight — avoid this hotel I am honestly shocked by the way I was treated at this hotel tonight, Friday, August 7, 2026, at approximately 11:50 PM–midnight. After an extremely long day of traveling, I arrived exhausted and simply needed a room for the night. I had my bank card available through Apple Pay on my phone, with all of my card details accessible. I explained this to the front desk, but I was told that a physical card was required and that Apple Pay would not be accepted. I understand that hotels have payment policies. That was not the problem. The problem was the completely unacceptable way I was treated. I asked whether I could make the reservation online instead, and I was told that I would still need a physical card. The employee made me feel as though I was wasting his time because he couldn’t process the booking. When I tried to sit down in the small lobby area to figure out what to do, he actually walked over to me and told me to leave and go back to Terminal 4. This was almost midnight. I was exhausted, carrying my luggage, and clearly overwhelmed and alone. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of empathy or basic hospitality, I was essentially kicked out of the hotel. I walked outside and completely broke down crying. I immediately went to the Holiday Inn, where the staff were incredibly kind. They brought me water, listened to what had happened, and were genuinely concerned because I was crying. They referred me to the Crowne Plaza as Holiday Inn was full, where the staff were equally kind and professional. The Crowne Plaza accepted my payment through my phone and gave me a room without any issue, it simply required someone to actually treat me like a human being. I was not asking for special treatment. I was an exhausted traveler at an airport hotel, trying to find somewhere safe to sleep after a very long day. If your policy requires a physical card, fine. Explain it politely. Help the guest find another solution. Do not make an exhausted person feel like they are a nuisance and then physically tell them to leave your lobby at midnight. The difference between the treatment I received here and the kindness I received at the Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza was unbelievable. The payment policy was not the issue. The attitude, lack of empathy, and complete absence of basic hospitality were. I would strongly recommend management review this incident and, more importantly, review how guests are being treated at the front desk. A hotel should make exhausted travelers feel safe and welcome. I left this hotel in tears...

Extremely Disappointing Experience My son booked this hotel through Expedia for our two families, a total of eight adults. The booking showed two family rooms, with each room listed as sleeping four people. When we arrived, the front desk staff told us we needed two additional rooms. We tried to explain our booking, but the staff spoke to us rudely and showed little interest in helping. Expedia also tried to contact the hotel, but no solution was provided. After nearly two exhausting hours, the manager finally gave us two additional rooms. The rooms were accessible rooms, which was not a problem for us, but they were dirty and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, we did not take photos because we were exhausted after the long delay. We travelled from Canada to London for a family function. This experience caused significant stress and disrupted our plans. We paid for our stay but received poor service and disrespectful treatment. Both families felt unwelcome and deeply disappointed. We have never experienced service like this before. The hotel needs to improve its customer service, room cleanliness, and handling of Expedia bookings. We would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

**Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4** was an excellent choice for an overnight stay before our flight, and I would happily stay here again whenever I'm transiting through London. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers everything you need for a convenient airport stay. The room had all the basic amenities, including a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, and everything we needed for a restful night. It was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for before continuing our journey. One of the highlights was the food. The pub and restaurant downstairs served a very enjoyable dinner, and the full English breakfast the next morning was outstanding. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of hot and cold items, and it was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had while traveling. For travelers, the location is a major advantage. The hotel is only a few minutes from **Heathrow Terminal 4**, making it an excellent choice for overnight stays before or after a flight. If you're flying from another Heathrow terminal, the airport's train and shuttle connections make transferring between terminals straightforward. Despite being so close to Heathrow Airport, we found the hotel surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep before our flight. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced hotel with excellent food and a convenient location near Heathrow Airport, I highly recommend Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book here again whenever we're transiting through London.

I am extremely disappointed to be writing this review. I stayed at this hotel for one night before an early-morning flight and stored my medication in the minibar fridge. Unfortunately, because I was leaving so early, I completely forgot to check the fridge before checking out. The medication was inside a cool bag with ice packs and consisted of one sealed box and one partially used box of a well-known prescription medication, worth more than £500 in total. I realised what had happened while I was travelling and immediately contacted the hotel by both email and WhatsApp. Despite the urgency and the value of the medication, it took the hotel more than a week to respond to my email. Their only response was that they would contact me if anything was found. On WhatsApp, the hotel repeatedly closed the conversation without resolving the issue or providing any meaningful update. It was not until more than three weeks after my stay that they finally informed me that the medication had supposedly never been found. I specifically asked whether housekeeping checks the minibar fridge after guests check out, and the hotel confirmed that they do. Therefore, it is extremely difficult to understand how a clearly visible cool bag containing two boxes of medication could simply disappear without anyone finding or reporting it. I cannot prove exactly what happened or who was responsible, but the medication was left in the fridge, housekeeping reportedly checked the fridge, and the medication was never returned. This raises very serious concerns about the honesty of the staff and the hotel’s procedures for handling guests’ forgotten belongings. What disappointed me most was the hotel’s complete lack of urgency, concern or willingness to investigate properly. There appeared to be no attempt to question the housekeeping staff, check records, establish who cleaned the room or explain how the medication disappeared. Instead, the hotel simply shrugged off the situation and repeatedly closed the conversation. Guests should be extremely careful about leaving any valuables, medication or personal belongings in their rooms. Based on my experience, I would not trust this hotel to protect your belongings or take responsibility when something goes missing. Losing medication worth more than £500 was upsetting enough, but the hotel’s dismissive response made the experience considerably worse. I expected much better professionalism, accountability and customer care.
