  We stayed here before an early morning flight the next day. Good service, key card provided straight away. Clean, comfortable room. However the heating wasn't very effective hence the 4/5. We like premier inns for short stays as you know what you are getting. We paid for parking for the night, however note that the parking was almost full so better to arrive early. Great location, short drive to Heathrow airport in the morning.

  Lovely hotel, well placed and the staff service was excellent. Sadly the shower had an issue which made it difficult to shower myself. Apart from that it’s a great stay.

  In the middle of nowhere 😂. Hier besteht leider nicht einmal die Möglichkeit, sich mit Snacks oder Getränken von außerhalb einzudecken, da das Hotel mitten im Niemandsland liegt! Das Hotel ist schon sehr alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Hier wär eine Renovierung und frisches aktuelles Premier Inn Design dringend von Nöten! Das gilt auch für die Zimmer, es gibt beispielsweise keine einzige USB Steckdose. Trotz allem ist das Hotel und auch die Zimmer sauber, das Bett bequem und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und Bar sehr freundlich. Ich würde das Hotel, wie bei diesem Besuch auch, aber nur noch einmal im Notfall wählen, wenn auf der Bath Road alles ausgebucht ist.

  We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed every moment. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was wonderful. A special mention to Serena, whose thoughtful welcome and kindness made our stay even more special. Thank you for making us feel so valued and looked after! ❤️✨

  We had a wonderful stay! The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely love to visit again! ⭐️😊
