  Only one large towel for 2 people ,one sachet of sugar and a absolutely hot stuffy room. Instructions on how to use but Instructions for different to what was in the room which turned out to be a touch screen panel that had to be beaten into working and even then would only go down a degree. All in all worse sleep ive ever had at a premier inn and let's not even discuss the food 🤢 Positives though nice and close to the station and the staff are wonderful.

  Situated near to the Apollo and 15 minutes walk straight up the road, from Shepherds Bush Empire we chose this for the convenience and value for money. Travelling from St Pancras we took the Piccadilly Line for 13 stops to Hammersmith and it was just over the road from the station. Unfortunately we were a bit early arriving at 12.30 and they would not allow us to check in, but did take our bag for storage so we could go for lunch. Reception is not that large but adequate and there was free tap water and glasses there. In addition there are a couple of vending machines by the lifts for snacks if required. We were on the 5th floor, the room was clean and comfortable, as we have come to expect from the brand. However it had only been set up for 1 person with 1 towel etc, fortunately an adjoining room was being services so I helped myself to more towels from the trolley. Tea and coffee supplied in room, no bottled water - toiletries are big pump dispensers for shower gel, but remember your toothbrush as that is all they provide. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. There is additional security for the rooms in that you require your room card to enter the corridor once out of the lift. Staff were friendly on reception, overall a good stay and will use again if in the area.

  BEWARE! the manager of the hotel is a liar. I stayed at this hotel a couple weeks ago, booked two rooms. My bed was noisy and there was a lot of disturbance from the corridor at 3am, went to reception and they only apologised for this. I said I’d be putting a claim in for the goodnight sleep guarantee ( which stands for nothing clearly ) they denied this and told me the manager of the hotel said we were switched rooms and problem solved when this wasn’t the case at all. Shocking!! And that was premier inns final decision so I now have to put a claim through the bank.

  Zunächst mal ist es mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, wenn der Eindruck beim ersten mal so wäre hätte ich das nie gebraucht. Wir haben für drei Nächte 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind vom 11.09-14.09 gebucht. Buchung vollständig online gemacht mit Frühstück und online gezahlt. Beim eintreffen und Check in hat man mal von mir Geld für das bereits gebuchte und bezahlte Frühstück verlangt. Erst bei Vorlage der Rechnung sahen die ein dass es ein Fehler von denen ist. Auf dem Weg ins Zimmer stank es bereits im Flur, stellenweise waren die Decken nach einem sichtbaren Wasserschaden bereits verschimmelt. Das man sowas Gästen zumutet ist unverantwortlich. Im Zimmer angekommen kam bereits die nächste Enttäuschung. Kein Fenster das man öffnen konnte, der Teppich wurde seit Tagen nicht gesaugt, mit Socken in dem Zimmer zu gehen war eine Vorstellung des Grauens. Der Boden des Badezimmers hatte Wasserflecken und war mit Staub bedeckt, Schimmel an der Decke und die Armaturen undicht. Am nächsten Tag beim Frühstück ging das Spiel vom Vortag mit dem buchen wieder los, wir waren nicht auf der Liste und sollen Zahlen. Auch bei Vorlage der Rechnung waren die Kellner zunächst nicht einsichtig und erst beim Verlangen des Managers wurde uns Recht gegeben und versprochen das es am nächsten Tag besser wird. Ratet mal wer am nächsten Tag wieder nicht auf der Liste stand? Dies war übrigens sehr mager, die Auswahl fällt bescheiden aus. Auf meine Beschwerden nach dem Gestank und dem Gesamteindruck des Zimmers + Hotels wurde mit einem Lächeln und „Sorry“ reagiert. Zimmereinrichtung, auch nach Bitte ist anscheinend ein Fremdwort. Schade, war bis jetzt paar mal in verschiedenen Premier Inns. Aber ab jetzt werde ich einen Bogen um diese Kette machen. Ah die U-Bahn, Busse und ein Einkaufszentrum sind in der Nähe um was positives zu schreiben.

  Сам отель явно не молод. Обшарпанные стенки кафель. Есть следы ремонта но поверхностно. Много подломанных вещей. Стиснутый воздух. После включения кондиционера становится лучше а так запах в номере в начале не очень приятен. Похоже что кровать была новой. Спать было удобно. Чистота весьма посредственно но клопов или других жуков не замечал. На рецепшн все было нормально , но много и не обращались . Завтрак стандартный инглиш брэкфэст однообразен. На 2 дня ок. Если дольше то лучше искать альтернативу. Хорошее местоположение особенно на пути в Хитроу. Кдобный транспортный узел но до самого центра 25-30 мин на метро. Отель скорее 2 заезды чем 3. Если цель только поспать после напряженного дня то ок. Но не больше….
