- BJbritta engstrøm Jensen5 days ago2.0Ingen begejstring herfra. Har udfyldt evaluering fra hotellet. Men intet respons fået. ALDRIG har jeg oplevet dårligere rengørings service. Ankom søndag aften. Tirsdag bad vi om at få tømt skrald, rene håndklæder og gjort toilet rent. Onsdag fik vi tømt skrald og rene håndklæder. Toilet blev ikke gjort rent. Gik ned onsdag aften (da vi kom retur fra sightseeing) og bad om at få det gjort rent. Det kunne de ikke hjælpe med for rengøringspersonale var gået hjem! Men de ville sige det til dagen efter!! Så bad jeg om en toiletbørste, så jeg selv kunne gøre vores toilet rent. Det kunne de heller ikke give mig!!! Fik samme svar.... at rengøringspersonalet var gået hjem. Men de ville sige det, så det blev gjort den efterfølgende dag. Torsdag kom.... der kom INGEN og gjorde vores toilet rent!! På grund af den måde toilettet er udformet havde vi en næsten konstant lugt af L... I 4 dage på vores hotel værelse!!! Vi tjekkede ud - dagen før. Aldrig har jeg oplevet dårligere service. Desuden var der ingen vindue på vores værelse, som set på web side da vi bookede. Vinduet kunne ikke ses fra værelset/ sengen. Det var underligt placeret på en sidevæg. Som at være i en kasse.... ikke at kunne se ud.

We had a room right at the end of the corridor so it was nice and quiet. The ladies at reception were really lovely and let me check in early. Located just 5 minutes away from Eventim Apollo. All in all a really good stay
- SYS. Y.Jun 5, 20265.0Nice big bathtub and shower head. We had he family room so we got a double bed and a single, and a cot as we requested during the reservation. The room has a good AC system, a TV with 3 or 4 basic channels (nothing for kids, and we couldn't cast from our phones), no minibar. The windows don't open as others have mentioned. All in all the room was suitable for our needs, and the location and staff were terrific.. The breakfast made life a little easier with a toddler and baby - not sure I would have chosen it for myself every day but it's varied and child friendly enough and good value. I would absolutely consider returning next time in London.
