Great Hotel for Contractors to commute into London. Plenty of outdoor Parking for cars and Vans. Pub next door who deliver a decent Breakfast and Carvery for Dinner. There is also a train Station about a 10min walk. On the other side of the Road there is an all you can eat Asian Restaurant which is very good and also a Tesco Superstore.

The location was convenient for my plans and the pub next door made it simple for me to eat as required, without having to go too far. My room was very clean, and my bed was huge and provided a comfortable sleep. In addition, the staff were wonderful and so helpful - nothing was too much. Conrad was brilliant and considered my needs. The small gestures made by staff was what made my stay.

WE COULD HEAR EVERYTHING
London Greenford Hotel
I paid £165 for a room for myself and my 12 yr old son.
WHAT A RIP OFF.
The room was basic but shabby. The whole place looked sad and tired.
We were on the ground floor and had a nother guest room directly above us. At 3am-ish, it became VERY clear that there was ZERO sound proofing in the room we stayed in.
We heard the guest(s) above going to the toilet and everything else they got up to. The whole ceiling shook / vibrated when they walked across the floor.
Having woke us up, they went back to bed and we got back to sleep. Unfortunately, they woke early (on a Sunday am) and the noise re-commenced - about 2 hours sooner than we would have got up.
It ruined the stay and we went to breakfast feeling like zombies.
I reported this to the reception manager first thing the next day. He said he would raise the issue and I said I would follow up with an email to Premier Inn.
Today I heard back from them. Their response is this:
Because I didn't walk down to reception at 3am when the issue was actually happening, it's my fault and they are not willing to do anything about it.
Exactly what they would do at this time in the morning is a mystery. Here are some options:
1. Move us to another room. Along with the hassle of packing up and unpacking at 3am.
2. Knock on the door of the people above and ask them not to go to the toilet until 9am the following morning.
3. Deploy an emergency team of builders to sound proof our room
The outcome of any of the above options is the same: We get a terrible nights sleep as a direct result of this appalling hotels lack of sound proofing.
Premier Inns strap line is "A great nights sleep"
I wonder how trading standards would feel about this when - it isn't true!
DO NOT STAY HERE.
I paid £165 hoping for something slightly better than their entry level. WHAT.A RIP OFF!!
I cannot tell you how overpriced this place is.
This rate is a scandal.
The most disappointing aspect of the whole experience is the appalling attitude of their customer service department.
I didn't think there was even a question we would receive some form of compensation for the hellish experience we received.
To be told by the hotel we should have reported our neighbours above for going to the toilet at 3am and as a results of not doing this, it's basically all our fault - is an insult.
I can forgive the overpriced room, and the shabby, tired decor, and the god awful adjoining pub where breakfast is served (alongside a view of the dual carriageway) - but what I cannot forgive is being woken up repeatedly in the early hours due to paper thin walls - then being told it's tough luck by the hotel.
Based on my experience, Premier Inn is not fit for purpose.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
