Os quartos são adequados. A localização é maravilhosa, ao lado de uma estação de metros, facilitando muito a estadia na cidade, porém o ponto alto é a equipe todos os atendentes foram solícitos, pro ativos e extremamente educados, eles elevam a estadia no hotel, uma ótima experiência no período que eu estive por la.

If you’re looking for the warmest hotel service in London, I highly recommend west brompton hub ! The British breakfast is amazing! Please don’t miss the breakfast here. The manager, Antoni, he is very polite and thoughtful. Meanwhile, Tarek is also very kind and trustworthy. They all treated me like a friend. I do appreciate all stuff working here. I appreciate all of your kindness and help. Last but not least, I will come back for sure!

Lovely little hub by premier inn. Myself and my partner always frequent this hotel when in London and had a very pleasant stay recently and will be back in a few weeks. Quiet location yet few minutes walk to the tube and only a few stops to central London. The rooms are compact yet the bed is still big enough that we made love several times a day on it without any compromise needed. Nice little bar and restaurant also and there is a Tesco a few minutes walk if you need anything for the room. Staff are great too

Perfect hotel for a few nights stay. Well located and connected to transport. Rooms modern, clean, comfortable and the shower pressure is 10/10. Able to control the aircon temperature from the room also which is not always possible. We booked a large room. Staff were fabulous also and were accommodating for an early check in for a small fee.

I would like to leave a review for Antonio and his colleague who were working yesterday at Hub by Premier Inn West Brompton. From the moment I spoke to them, they treated me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and dignity. At no point did they make me feel judged or uncomfortable. They went above and beyond to help me, providing access to facilities so I could clean up, making sure I was looked after while I arranged fresh clothes, and showing an exceptional level of care throughout the whole situation. What could have been one of the most humiliating experiences of my life was made so much more manageable because of their compassion and understanding. Customer service like this is rare. Antonio and his colleague are a real credit to Hub by Premier Inn, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve for the outstanding duty of care they showed me. Thank you both again—I won’t forget your kindness.
