  As usual premier inns are good and this one is next to a good pub which does the usual food. Please be aware if you travel to this place via a car you might incur a ultra low emission fine so do your homework first. Also there is a lorry depot of some sorts nearby and they start up early which might be a problem if you leave your windows open

  We travelled from Australia and this was, without doubt, the worst hotel I have ever encountered. The hotel felt extremely cramped, and the room I was shown was more like a rabbit hole than suitable accommodation. To my surprise, it did not even have basic amenities such as a refrigerator or a telephone. We had booked and paid for four nights, but after seeing the room and the overall condition of the hotel, we immediately decided that I could not stay there. We politely requested a refund, but the hotel refused and kept payment for all four nights despite us not staying. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the receptionist, who was exceptionally rude and dismissive when dealing with our concerns. We ultimately left the hotel the same day and booked into another hotel, which was vastly superior in every respect. Losing four nights’ payment was frustrating, but staying there would have been even worse. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise prospective guests to look elsewhere. telephone.

  I would like to leave a feedback regarding the two receptionists called Dora and Sevi. they were extremely helpful and professional. They help me throughout the process every question I had regarding my room and they were very supportive and with great customer skills. I love the warmth and the kindness thay showed me upon arrival; thank you.🙏😊✨⭐️

  I have been staying in the Enfield Premier inn for around a month so far. Brilliant location as its 8 minute drive to my work site. Very nice rooms. The service excellent. The staff are always on hand to help, especially Dora and Cami. Nothing is to much trouble. I have another month work down this way and I will be definitely staying here.

  Low priced rooms, at a good location. I arrived expecting to pay for car parking. I was pleasantly surprised when told complimentary parking on weekends. There are free places to park on the surrounding roads but I wouldn't recommend it. It is an industrial area and your car and its parts won't be secure. The hotel car parking is very secure with barriers controlling enty/exit and many CCTV cameras. Definitely worth the parking fee of £7.50/£8. The restaurant next door is a big bonus offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. 3 hours free parking for restaurant customers when validated using their tablet.
