  Spacious, modern looking rooms and a decent location for Enfiled close to Tesco and shops nerbay, but two major issues ruined the stay. First, the basic WiFi is so slow it won't load videos, forcing you to pay an extra £6 for usable 'premium' access, which feels scammy. Second, the windows couldn't be shut, meaning cigarette and weed smoke from outside was constantly blowing into the room. Hard to relax under those conditions

  You can’t really expect too much from a cheap hotel but overall we still had a nice stay at the Premier Inn Enfield The first room we were given was on the ground floor near the entrance, so from the window we could see and hear people coming in and out. There was also a group of guys outside smoking and being quite loud so the room was pretty noisy. I spoke to reception and the black male member of staff was really helpful and moved us to an upstairs room which was much quieter When we got to the new room I realised I’d left my nightwear in the bedside drawer. The same staff member was really kind and went back to get it for me. He was so helpful throughout the whole situation and it’s just a shame I didn’t catch his name There were a few other things that could have been better, such as stains on the lampshades and the air conditioning making strange noises at night. It sounded like water flowing. We’d also paid for breakfast but the pub attached to the hotel was closed so we had to get a refund. I’m not sure why breakfast was still being offered when the pub had been shut down Other than that it was an okay stay. I really can’t fault the staff as they were all friendly, polite and helpful. For a budget hotel you get what you pay for and despite the few issues we still had a nice time

  I had a very beautiful experience lodging at this hotel for one week , their staff like , HAMZA, MARJAN AND PRASANNA Are all wonderful staff, also the The staff at the kitchen too too are also exceptional good staff with excellent breakfast and delicious Dinner. I travelled all the way from CANADA on my annual vacation this to England, I shall come back to this Hotel in my next vacation.

  Just arrived for a 2 night stay on business, travelling from over 200 miles in the north of England. I was old at check in that the restaurant is closed so there will be no breakfast or evening meal available for the whole of my stay !!!! I was told to order from just eat and collect in reception!! This is not good enough, there wasn’t any mention of the restaurant being closed when I booked. I will advise my company to take premier inn off the hotel supplier lists!

  Stayed 1 night at the Premier Inn Enfield needs a make over. It looks very tired and dingy. In our room the walls and skirting had paint chipped off. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very loud like a siren when you switched the light on. We reported this so hopefully rectified soon. They were cleaning the walls of the outside of the hotel whilst we were there and hopefully they will be upgrading the inside next! On the positive side as normal the beds were comfortable so good nights sleep. The Reception Staff are very friendly and the lady on in the morning was very helpful. In the Restaurant our waitress Jenny was lovely, very friendly and such a hard worker a credit to the Restaurant. In the time we had our meal she did not stop! Serving, cleaning and then behind the bar but all with a smile on her face. Breakfast was good standard Premier Inn cooked breakfast. Overall place just needs a revamp.
