  Firstly I want to mention that the staff were very friendly. They were understaffed. The manager disappeared and left 1 guy alone to check people in and manage the bar. Now, i booked an accessible room for my brother who is on a zimmer. He was given a room at the building on the otherside of the car park and some distance away from the main building that has the restaurant. I had to help him across the car park, up a twisty ramp, through 2 doors, into the lift and up into his room. I ended up cancelling for him. Fortunately I booked flex so we got 2 nights refunded. No idea who thought it was a good idea.

  Nice rooms. Little dated, although you know what your getting with premier inn. Friendly staff helped us on arrival

  We arrived a bit earlier than expected and were kindly welcomed by Cristina at reception, who made our early check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and ready for us, which made settling in easy. Overall, the service was warm and reliable, and we’ve always had great experiences with Premier Inn.

  We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very nice and large (in fact huge) family room. Very friendly staff. Many thanks among others to Deep, Ramona and Dhivni for their hospitality and of course the excellent cooking of Mo! Only negative issue was the non-functioning lift, which was a problem for my parents in law travelling with us. Excellent starting point to explore the city due to good connection via bus + London metro.
