  We had a wonderful stay for three days and two nights. The staff were kind and helpful, greeted us warmly, and assisted us with our luggage. The food was delicious, and the complimentary drinks were a lovely touch. The hotel’s great location made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome and giving us such beautiful memories!

  I have been staying in Premier Inn Edgware for years .. A great place to stay in when in London. Sudhakar and the team are doing great jop trying to make hotel guests feel they are at home. Thank you Sudhakar .

  While the shift staff were polite and clearly doing their best under pressure, management and property oversight fall far short of standard expectations. I would not stay here again. ​Key issues during my six-night stay included: ​Paid Parking Failure: I paid £108 upfront for six nights of parking, yet the car park was severely oversubscribed. I was forced to park in tight, non-designated spaces at awkward angles, including partially over double yellow lines. Worse still, a reserved disabled space paid for by a Blue Badge holder in our party was taken by an unauthorized vehicle, with zero enforcement or oversight. ​Substandard Basic Amenities: The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and unusable throughout the entire week. Furthermore, despite staying for six consecutive nights, our room was only cleaned once. ​Severe Understaffing: Reception was routinely unattended because staff were stretched thin across reception, bar, and restaurant duties simultaneously, leaving guests waiting around for basic assistance. ​Paying £108 for parking without a usable designated space, alongside unreliable Wi-Fi and lack of basic room servicing, is completely unacceptable. The on-shift staff worked hard, but management needs to address these severe service failures.

  Had booked a room for a night and set my expectations low. I couldn't have been more wrong. As soon as we arrived early, Cristina from reception warmly greeted us, managed to check us in quicker to our room, then went above and beyond to ensure our stay is perfect. The room was also impressive.

  Standard premier inn place in good location. £17 to park overnight. Rooms are clean but a bit worn. Restaurant food is ok, bar service is slow as they seem to have too few staff there, & they have to do everything. Some staff are very friendly & helpful, others are just 'meh' & don't seem bothered. We were there for work, would stay again.
