  **Very dissatisfied with worrying safty.** I stayed at Premier Inn Dagenham from 31 July to 2 August while attending a convention with family and friends. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by serious security concerns. During our stay, one of the vehicles belonging to our group was stolen from the car park. We later became aware that two other vehicles were also stolen around the same time. Throughout our stay, we noticed individuals appearing to monitor the area, which left many of us feeling unsafe and distressed. The hotel advises that parking is managed by a third-party parking company, but this does not provide protection against vehicle theft or reassure guests about the security of the site. Customers are not adequately warned that, despite the presence of parking management, their vehicles may still be at significant risk. This creates a false sense of security and does not reflect what many guests would reasonably expect when choosing a hotel with on-site parking. What should have been an enjoyable weekend became a stressful and upsetting experience for several families. I strongly believe the hotel should review its security arrangements, work more closely with the police, and provide clearer information to guests about the level of security available. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Inn Dagenham, particularly to anyone travelling with a vehicle.

  Stayed here from the 31st July to 2nd August. Shocked by theft of a friend's car on Friday night. An unsuccessful attempt was made to break into mine. Hotel staff couldn't explain why there was no prior warning to customers or security gate or patrol at car park after it became clear that this was a regular occurence at the hotel. On Sunday morning, news reached us that another guests' car got stolen on Saturday night. One member of Staff said their car park belonged to a company called Horizon and its security was therefore not the responsibility of Premier Inn Dagenham. They indicated that we could contact Horizon directly. My family and I didn't feel safe staying here and will never return to this hotel where customer's cars get stolen regularly, yet there was no prior warning or increased car park security at this location. Words can't explain the shock and distress the theft of their car caused our friends. THIS IS A HOTEL I WILL NOT RECOMMEND. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
