Had a great stay, the air con kept our room cool in the heatwave. I didn't catch the woman's name who was managing breakfast 10th/11th July but she went above and beyond with her service and had a positive influence on our morning!
Had the most amazing experience staying here. Lady at the bar ( Omeya) went above and beyond with her exceptional service and availability. Haven’t experienced this form of amazing service in such a while. Wanted to thank her for allowing me to have such a smooth stay.

Our favourite Premier Inn so far. There’s nothing out of the ordinary about this hotel, it’s what you would expect from a Premier Inn, however the staff here are another level. Mabel and Teresa should be given bonuses. They are fantastic and make the place feel like a home from home. Already looking forward to seeing them again next year!

I arrived to check in yesterday. staff lady receptionist was cold, unfeeling, unwelcoming, clearly inexperienced so needs urgent retraining now, knows NOTHING about giving good customer service to guests, tell lies, don't know nothing about problem solving and so unhelpful to me a disabled guest checking in yesterday. I arrived after a series of falls and on 3 fractured toes. I asked to check in early and had card to pay for early check-in for was feeling faint and dizzy very.she pretended wasting my time that I could check in early yesterday.then she turned around and said to cut a long story short I can leave my bags there and be sure to come back after 3pm later on. I was SO shocked at her cold heartedness to me being a sick and disabled guest just wanting to lay down. I left but fainted a few more times, ended up at a&e again and arrived limping. A much more experienced receptionist would have let me wait in hotel reception too a room became available or given me early check-in for free under the circumstance.
TO show you the difference when hotel cares for their guests.another premium inn hotel I turned up bleeding from a fall. staff was caring, helpful, I paid £20 on the day for early check-in and got a complimentary dinner and breakfast from hotel assistant manager person.

We arrived at 23.00, but were easily able to check in. Room was near reception (for a change). Breakfast room was very pleasant. Teresa was very helpful.
