  Stayed here for 1 night. Best part of our stay was walking into the air conditioned room after a very hot and busy day, with lots of walking and travelling! Room was perfectly clean, beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well stocked. Adding on the ultimate WiFi for an extra £5 was definitely worth it, due to our WiFi usage. We didn't have the dinner package, but we did have the breakfast and it was good, no complaints from us. Hotel is well placed with several amenities close by such as shops, takeaways etc. Travel options were also plentiful with ebikes stationed close by as well as several bus routes and the busses were VERY regular. Most of the ebikes offer very competitive pricing as well as free rides for first timers or £1 rides. We found this to be a highlight of our stay as we were first time users and enjoyed the convenience, affordability and whizzing through Central London seeing sights! Hotel was well air conditioned, staff were polite and helpful and always around. I found the staff engaging and professional. They also allow you to drop your bags off before and after check in and check out and keep it safe for you. We needed to leave our bags there and collect them at a later time AFTER we had already checked out and they kept our luggage safe until we returned. This was a huge plus for us and will be for other customers I'm sure as well. There was no fee for this, so that is a huge plus in my opinion! Check in and check out was seamless. We had a lovely stay!

  First off, the staff were all great, Frezer was especially helpful with check-in and making sure our two kids had everything they needed. She made our stay much better by being so helpful. The breakfast crew was also wonderful and there was always plenty of food and if anything was running low they were quick to top it up. We were in town during a heatwave and the climate control in the room couldn't quite keep up with the heat. My only suggestion would be to have a small window to open or some sort of fan to move the air around so the rooms don't get so stuffy.

  As a family travelling with two children under 9, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We arrived early in the morning after taking the first flight from Berlin to London and were planning to leave our luggage until check-in. However, Malick at the reception was incredibly kind and arranged an early check-in for us, which made a huge difference after travelling with two young children. We truly appreciated his kindness and excellent service. The family room is a little small for four people, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Although we arrived very early, the housekeeping team kindly got the room ready for us as soon as possible, which we really appreciated after our journey. The breakfast is simple, not luxurious, but it has everything you need to start the day. The hotel offers excellent value for money. It is conveniently located with a bus stop just a short walk away, providing easy access to the city centre. There are also two supermarkets, a laundry service, and a couple of coffee shops nearby, making it a very practical choice for families. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is clean, comfortable, affordable, and highly recommended for families. Most importantly, the hotel has such a warm and positive atmosphere. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable, and we would happily stay here again when we visit London.

  One night stay here and was pleasant. A premier plus room which was clean and most importantly at a comfortable temperature in the heatwave although I would've loved to have been able to lower the temperature further than 19°c. Only problems with the room I found was the fridge was just a cupboard with a light inside it didn't keep anything cool and all the plug sockets in the room don't provide enough power for fast charging your phone.

  Very disappointing experience. I reserved a Too Good To Go breakfast collection from Premier Inn London Clapham, only for the order to be cancelled at the last minute after I had already made the journey there. What made it worse was that I could clearly see breakfast food being put out at the time, so being told there was suddenly nothing available felt extremely frustrating and poorly handled. I had planned my morning around the collection and walked all the way there, only to have my time wasted. I understand that surplus availability can change, but cancelling right before collection while food is visibly being served makes the whole process feel unreliable and misleading. I would not reserve from this location again.
