  Overall good experience. We booked the hotel knowing we'd spend limited time there. As a place to have a meal and sleep, it did well. The I interior of the hotel was good, the room was comfortable. The view of the eland, zebra and ostriches from the restaurant was a bonus. From the perspective of a visit to Chessington World of Adventure, the early park access is a nice perk (and it applies on both your check in and check out dates). Access to the park is very convenient from the hotel.

  CHECK IN...Was really straightforward as we checked in online and receive a message when our room was ready and then just collected the key card. ROOMS.... Are clean and spacious. There are tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries provided in the bathroom. There was also air conditioning and heating if needed. The only downside is that we only had a small window that didn't open much and our room backed on to the hotels rubbish site full of bins. Also there seemed to be a lot of banging coming from the bin area as well as the communal area. BREAKFAST.... Was good despite there only being a small selection, the cooked food could do with a better sausage though. Also there is not much of a choice in coffee, only filter type available, no instant or cappuccino etc. DINNER.... The food was nice and the portion sizes were good, though quite pricey in my opinion. ENTERTAINMENT...There is entertainment for the children but we didn't not attend. OVERALL.. The staff are all polite and friendly throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a short walk from the theme park itself. And we all enjoyed our stay. Just be cautious as everything is over priced, which is probably expected. We stayed for 2 nights, but 1 would have been ok too. Parking came including with our stay and you don't need to register your car, just ask reception for a QR code if you need to leave the car park or are leaving .We would stay here again, maybe to come back in 2027 when Minecraft land is built.

  Lovely hotel with amazing views for the kids when your lucky enough to look over the safari ride 👍🏻 Breakfast was really nice to, all fresh and lots of choice

  Went here with my girlfriend for our first holiday! It was AMAZING! the hotel was so beautiful and kept at such high standards. The food was expensive but I would not say it was over priced considering it was delicious and the mood was set perfectly, especially with animals out the window. Our room was clean and well kept too. A HUGE shout-out to lorien aswell, she was amazing! A complete vibe! and she made sure I was happy and well treated, also extremely helpful and made sure we had a booked slot for breakfast for the morning! I cant wait to come next year for the Minecraft world! 100000% recommend!
