  I don’t recommend it to anyone it’s just a rubbish place shit customer service Every person who works on the tickets on are very unprofessional and rude 🤮🤮

  A terrible experience for my stay on 21/7/26 At 21:15 I returned to room 2003 with my 5 year old son to go to sleep. Due to the design of the room and adjoining room link door the noise from next door was unsustainable. I had to get my son re-dressed at 22:00 and go to reception to request a room change. I was informed by reception that there were no spare rooms. So there was nothing that they could do other than tell the room next door to be quiet. The room next door made slightly less noise. However, due to the poor design the noise continued to be unbearable up until after midnight when they went to sleep. This is not an acceptable room, where you can hear every single word of the guests next door, due to the ajoining door. I was then woken up at 3am and 4am by the guests next door, again. I complained to reception (Dan) in the morning and its clear that this is a recurring issue as they informed me that they were going to redesign these rooms when it is refurbished. They informed me that there's nothing that they could do as they have no power to do anything. The lack of sound proofing / poorly designed door and room ruined my trip. Both me and my son were left tired and had to exit the park early. This room was totally unacceptable. I have paid a significant amount of money for the room, amenities, park tickets etc... and my experience and son's experience was ruined by a lack of sleep. I was going to over look the following, but whilst im complaining ill share the poor standards of the hotel. 1. Poor room designing/ sound proofing / ajoininh door 2. Advertised savanah pool as a key benefit, but not open with no explanation 3.£13 a glass of wine, but no wine glasses all night 4. Wanyama opening not at a set time and clashed with meet and greet so missed it 5. I asked for fresh eggs as they were hard over and the waitress pointed me to the hard dry eggs. I explained my issue and she shrugged her shoulders and walked off. 6. Litter not tidied outside meant swarms of seagulls and pigeons all around my table whilst I ate my dinner. All in all, a disappointment. I'd expect much more for the expense. Furthermore, the hotel have refused to provide any compensation and clearly adopt a policy of that they won't help in person as they do not have the power at the hotel, and won't help on email and just use the guard of the Internet as opposed to have a conversation. Awful hotel, awful customer service, terrible company

  Had an amazing stay booked an overnight stay and called ahead as they were offering two day tickets. Got confirmation that can get early access to theme park on both days and the app was amazing to get around and know the wait time between rides Kids loved the room and stay which also had puzzle for the kids to solve to get into the safe for a suprise. 😁

  BE WARNED - NO Working Air Con! It's nighttime and 22c outside. But our room is 25-27C according to our groegg. The air con is centrally locked at "19C" but doesn't do anything., no cool air is coming out. It appears the fan motor is broken. The same was true in the restaurant area of the hotel. 26C is a less than ideal sleeping temperature for our 3 month old to put it mildly. The rooms claim to be air conditioned but it clearly doesn't or can't work in our case. It's 22C outside. We called maintenance who were unable to bypass the central lock on the thermostat, and acknowledged that the fan motor appeared to be inoperable. But they couldn't fix it or offer us an alternative room. Disappointing, as air conditioning was an advertised feature of the room and ultimately concerning with a young baby.
