  Perfeito! Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, tem um bom isolamento sonoro, nao ouvimos pessoas a falar nos corredores nem portas a bater, camas confortaveis, casa de banho espaçosa. A localização nao podia ser melhor, apenas 2 minutos de metro ate ao O2 e 30 do centro, estaçao de metro e autocarros a menos de 5 minutos a pe. Funcionários extremamente simpaticos e atenciosos. O pequeno almoço é bom

  We had a really lovely stay at Premier Inn Canning Town, and a big part of that was Rahim. He went above and beyond to make our time in London feel special. He was personable, witty and genuinely happy to help with any questions we had. He moved between the bar and reception with ease and always had a smile on his face, which made every interaction a pleasure. It's rare to find service this warm and friendly, and it made the whole trip feel more relaxed. Thank you, Rahim, we'll definitely be back!

  Nuestra experiencia en Premier inn estuvo de maravillas , a metros de la estación de tren , supermercados, zona muy tranquila , limpia y ordenada . La habitación muy cómoda , limpia . El personal muy amable . Todas las comodidades que necesitas en tu viaje a Londres . Precio/calidad : excelente ! Cuando vuelvo a Londres sin dudas me alojo nuevamente aquí !

  Recently stayed at the Premier Inn London Docklands (Canning Town) and had a great experience overall. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though I didn’t catch the name of the person who checked me in. Their positive attitude set a great tone for the stay.The room was perfect — clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect from Premier Inn. Everything felt fresh and well looked after, making it easy to relax after a long day.The area around the hotel is modern and convenient, with great transport links. It’s also very close to the O2 Arena, which makes it an ideal choice if you’re heading there for a concert or event. Plenty of shops and places to grab food nearby too.Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay.

  Room 103 was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The room smelled strongly of sewage, and the walls and ceiling were visibly leaking. As soon as you entered the room, the smell was so bad that my nose would become blocked. This was clearly not a sudden leak that happened during my stay. When I arrived, the ceiling was already wet and covered with old, discolored stains, suggesting that the leaking had been going on for weeks or even months. In my opinion, this room should never have been available to guests in the first place. The hotel was fully booked, and it felt like they decided to put me in a room that should have been taken out of service simply because they had no other rooms available. I complained to the staff, but nothing was done to resolve the situation or offer a reasonable alternative. If I hadn't already paid on the first day, I would have left immediately. Unfortunately, I was in London on a business trip and had very limited options, so I had no choice but to endure the room for several nights. A terrible experience. I strongly recommend that management address the condition of this room and, more importantly, stop renting out rooms that are clearly not fit for guests.
