  The premier inn is only a short walk from Canning Town tube and bus station. The O2 arena is only 1 tube stop away. The hotel itself is great. All the Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was very tasty, lots of variety and lots of things being constantly cooked fresh. The speed of the lifts and the WiFi were very impressive. Premier Inn Canning Town ticked all the boxes for us so we highly recommend. Thanks to all the staff for a fantastic pleasant stay.

  INCREÍBLE HOTEL! Estuvimos súper bien atendidos por Hayley 😊🌸 nos ayudó en todo! Súper atento todo el personal del hotel, la ubicación es ideal está el metro justo a 1 min caminado! El desayuno increíble, todo estaba súper rico! Las habitaciones súper limpias súper bonitas, todo él perfectas condiciones😁👏🏻 Volveremos!

  Hôtel situé à proximité d'une station de métro. Le confort des chambres est correct. Un mini frigo serait appréciable. En revanche, lors de notre arrivée, un souci avec une des chambres réservées ! Le manager nous a pris de haut en expliquant qu'il fallait payer pour avoir notre chambre. Malgré nos explications et la fourniture des documents de réservation, ce monsieur ne voulait rien savoir. Seule sa collègue Paulina a fait tout son possible pour résoudre le problème avec la plate-forme de réservation. Après 2 heures d'attente, la deuxième chambre a été débloquée sans aucune excuse de la part de l'hôtel. Nous avions demandé un nettoyage de la chambre pendant le séjour qui n'a pas été fait. A part cela tout est ok!

  My daughter and I stayed here for a three night stay recently. We needed a hotel with great transport links to Canary Wharf. The staff are all very polite and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. If we wanted housekeeping each day all we had to do was let reception know. The road outside the hotel is quite busy but there is very little noise in the rooms(we were in a room at the front too!). The tube station is on the doorstep, around a two to three minute walk away. The staff were also more than helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage at Reception on our day of departure. We are returning tomorrow for another five nights and are looking forward to doing so. Great value with excellent travel links!

  I recently stayed at this Premier Inn and overall had a good experience. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention to the Italian gentleman (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name!) who greeted me on my first day, he was really accommodating and gave me a lovely upgrade on my room, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was nice and cool, with strong aircon, which I really liked. The food was a pleasant surprise. I’ve stayed at other Premier Inns before where the food wasn’t great, but this time it was fresh, nicely cooked, and served quickly. I had the meal deal and came early for dinner, so service was speedy. Unfortunately, I have to knock off a star because of an issue with my room. The first room I was given had a really strong, unpleasant smell, like damp or stale laundry. I’m quite sensitive to smells, and unfortunately it affected my sleep. I went down to reception to ask about switching rooms, and the lady there was fantastic. She was really helpful and changed my room without any hesitation. Sadly, the second room still had a slight smell, though nowhere near as bad as the first. I do really appreciate the staff trying their best to accommodate me. Overall, the location is excellent, close to the train station, buses, local shops, and a few restaurants nearby. Great for convenience.
