  Staying here just now with my daughters. Air con in the family room is just fantastic in this heat wave 👋🏻 Location great too, very vibrant area with lots of bars & restaurants and handy for transport. There is some noise from the nightclub next door but it didn’t disturb our sleep.

  Extremely disappointing stay. The room had visible mould around the window and bathroom, and the overall cleanliness was well below what I would expect from Premier Inn. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room was next to a bar/club, and there was loud music, shouting and singing until around 3am. The noise was so severe that it could be felt through the room, making sleep almost impossible. My partner is autistic and particularly sensitive to noise, which made the situation even more distressing. We raised our concerns with reception but felt they were dismissed rather than taken seriously. We were eventually moved to another room, but the noise was actually worse. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer care. Despite acknowledging that the room condition and handling of our concerns fell below their expected standards, Premier Inn refused to offer any compensation or goodwill gesture. I appreciate that the hotel is located near nightlife venues, but cleanliness, room maintenance and professional customer service are entirely within the hotel’s control. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below expectations. I raised my concerns with customer relations who offered me nothing in terms of a goodwill gesture or compensation for the awful stay and experience.

  Amazing service from Tee and Vijay. Really helpful guys who helped us out when we were struggling. Would recommend their service. Thanks again!!!

  We like premier inn with the good night sleep and having a good bath those experiences for us is great. But NO parking. Reception on second floor. Takes a while to get into the building waiting to be let in. Feels like skeleton staff experience. This was our second time. Did not fully enjoyed it. Breakfast coffee ☕️ watery, fruit salad smelt fermented fruit flies about.

  The customer service here at front desk was excellent. I was leaving a suitcase before an event and they were extremely helpful and friendly and efficient. Shout out to Tee. Made my whole day turn around and I feel extremely grateful to the team here and Premier Inn as a whole. I will make a donation to the suggested charity to say an extra thank you.
