No air con, no wifi, no fan. I stayed four nights at this hotel during my recent stay in London. Big mistake. Two days prior to check in, I got an email saying the air con was broken. I had already paid so I couldn't change to a different hotel. Then I arrived and checked in.  I requested for a fan two times a day, each time the staff took my room number and said they'd send a fan in. Not happened. One of the staffs, a tall Indian male with a long face shape, had the worst attitude. He gave me a big lecture about how I should make a big fuss and wait at the front desk at 12noon when other guests checked out to request for a fan, as if I could wait around all day at a very hot hotel. His tone was argumentative and he wasn't there to serve customers. He put the blame on others, like saying some guests had two fans in the room but no one returned one, so there wasn't a fan available for me. I didn't feel like a valued guest at all. Then on the final night, instead of pressing the buzzer to call a staff member out from their air-conditioned staff room (that's right, the air con wasn't working except for staff room and restaurant!), I went into the restaurant and talked to a staff member called Mac (female). She went to my floor with me, went into the stock room, and there were at least 5 fans inside sitting there! I got a fan only on my last night! For the previous 3 nights, the outside temperature was 34 degree celsius and the window couldn't be opened; it was so hot and I couldn't fall asleep. In addition, the wifi connection in the room and at the restaurant were both terrible; I couldn't even run a Youtube video. Stay at your own peril.

This is the worst Premier Inn I’ve ever stayed. The AC doesn’t work properly, everyone is complaining and the staff don’t actually care. I’ve stayed in other Premier Inns that have fans for every room for this issue. They only had a few in this one. Staff on the front desk joked and laughed about refunds, because they said they don’t care, doesn’t come from their pocket. They just dismissed everyone. Will never stay here again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Premium Inn Hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. I booked my stay for a special occasion, but from the start the hotel was disorganized and unhelpful. When I tried to check in and later when I called for assistance, they could not recognize my reservation number and even denied knowing anything about my booking. It was frustrating and unacceptable to be treated like I did not exist as a guest. The service was poor throughout. There was hardly any staff visible, and getting help meant repeatedly pressing a buzzer and waiting for someone to respond. The room was dirty, only one towel was provided, and basic cleanliness and preparation were clearly lacking. Parking was another major issue. There was no clear information or support, and when I asked for help, I was met with an attitude instead of assistance. The staff member who eventually came across as rude and dismissive, making me feel uncomfortable for simply asking for help. I later found out there was an app and QR code for parking, but this was never properly explained to me. To make matters worse, the price I was originally shown was £120 per night, but my final bill came to £265. For the level of service, cleanliness, and communication I received, this is completely unacceptable. Overall, this hotel was disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They could not even recognize my reservation or tell me who I was when I called for help. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking here.

We had a great two nights here. The staff were helpful, friendly and full of smiles. We had the meal deal which was 100% the right thing to do as we were travelling with my 92 year old Dad. It took all the pressure off. We went to Kew gardens for the entire day, in the evening we walked along the Thames path. We visited Ham House and had a beautiful evening on Richmond by the Thames. The parking cost £15 for 24 hours. There are only two blue badge bays, but you can find a space in the rest of the car park. The hotel was easy to find- as was the car park. Our air conditioning worked and the bed was comfy. Good value.

Staying here at the moment and boy has it been an awful experience so far! First I was given a disabled room when I am not a disabled person then there’s a heatwave going on here and I’ve been given a room that has a non-working air conditioning machine and they don’t have any more fans available to give me. Last night I had to spend in the room in the awful heat which is totally unacceptable! I didn’t get hardly any sleep even though I was tired. When I informed reception they showed me other rooms but had the same air conditioning issues, the staff said that it was a maintenance issue but I told them that it isn’t acceptable as we as customers have paid good money for these rooms. It would have been honest if the hotel had disclosed this on their website clearly as this was not communicated on there. I feel that I was misled into believing that the room would have a functioning air conditioner. Won’t be staying here again even though the location is good for Kew Gardens and Syon Park.
