- MTMark TurnerMay 21, 20264.0Stayed in Premier Plus double rooms, May '26. The rooms were in good condition, clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were fine, although some would find it difficult to get in and out of the bath which is required to have a shower. The full breakfast is second to none and unlimited! Service at the hotel is excellent with all staff being friendly and helpful. The location is easy to get to on public transport and no more than a fifteen minute bus ride from Kew Gardens, for example.

Staff are friendly and very helpful, especially the manager, Jesvil, who sorted out a bit of a parking crisis for us! We always stay here when visiting Kew and West London and we’ve always had a good stay. We’ll return soon.

Jesvil was very kind and helpful, informing me about parking, and the local area. Breakfast and the evening meal was brilliant, and great value for money. Have just booked again for August. All the staff, especially Sunil, were very accomodating and helpful, they made the stay, and in particular the breakfast, an easy experience. The travel links to the city are convenient and regular, takes around an hour to get into centre of city. Thanks for a great stay.
