- CWColin West4 days ago4.0We lime it here. Yes it is a bit of a trek to get to the centre of London but embrace the buses and tube. It's part of what nakes London great. It is excellently positioned for Kew Gardens and Brentford FC games. It's not 5* but it is comfortable and does everything we need for a weekend break.

Dreadful stink in 2nd floor corridors of stale beer and a horrid odour in dining area all add up to 'do not stay here'. Regular break ins in the unsecured £15 a night carpark add to the less than favourable experience.

My experience here : Arrived at 1610, couldn't check in immediately as room wasn't ready. Room itself was very hot (definitely not heatwave weather) and stuffy. Air con had little impact but the noisy fan did help. Bathroom smelled like it had been used as a smoking room at some point. Booked a room three, only two mugs provided.
