  Excellent location but the dirtiest Premier Inn room we've ever had. Awful smell, stain on chair which appeared to be vomit. Spare pillows on shelf had no pillowcases and the protectors had blood and other stains on. Duvet cover had mould stain on the underside. Went to reception to report, nobody about. Spoke to lovely girl behind the bar who had a queue of customers before me waiting to be served. When she became available she apologised profusely and said she would bring fresh pillows which she did. She also removed the dirty chair. Overall appearance of the room was grubby with very large, dusty cobwebs and shower heads that desperately needed descaling. We don't recommend and won't be staying again which is a real shame as staff were lovely but obviously poor management and looking at previous reviews they have not addressed the issues.

  A great hotel especially for air travellers. We received a warm welcome, room was clean and tidy, employees in the bar and restaurant areas were pleasant and helpful. Fully recommend this venue.

  The good: very comfortable bed and pillows. Complete silence in the room. Very good food menu and restaurant service for a motel. Plenty of parking. With light luggage, a person could walk to the airport. The not so good: Never stayed in an airport hotel that didn’t provide a shuttle, as was the case here, for travellers with serious luggage. Just bizarre. Was a real pain to deal with. Lots of parking as mentioned but had to pay a 30 or so pounds to park overnight. Bathroom smelled like there was a corpse in it. Would suit a business traveller with no luggage.

  We have used this hotel before and were pleased hence returned but this time it's not so good. Location is fine and rooms functional but beyond that it's looking tired and unkempt. Outside is inviting and scruffy... parking is now £14.40 for guests. Breakfast 11.99/13.99 and is very minimal and poor quality. Staff remain pleasant as always and are an asset. Beds as ever comfortable. Overall though for the cost I don't think we will stay again.
