- JCJ CJul 17, 20261.0DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE DIABETIC. I stayed here and booked a table for 6pm. I had a busy day and was unable to stop to eat. Im diabetic T2. at 5:45 my glucose levels decided to plummet down to 2.3 mol/L i was ashen/grey face light headed and starting to crash. I went down to the restaurant and asked politely explaining i am diabetic and starting to crash can you sit me 15 minute early and grab my a sugary coke. the guy on reception went to ask someone if i was allowed. he came back and said you can sit down but you wont get any service for at least 20 minutes. i again explained my condition and show him my monitor . He didnt care wouldn't even get me a drink, even when i pleaded "please help me". he said no i cant help you. I even exokeined if i dont eat soon he will be calling n ambulance . i wasnt exaggerating . he still just shrugged his shoulders. heartless absolutely heartless i ended up getting a chocolate bar from the machine and went strain into a high peak 18+mmol/L. i had to order uber foods as he refused to let me eat after that. we had another heated discussion with saying saying i had to wait my turn. which normally would not be a problem. i spent the rest of the evening in my room feeling extremely unwell. and much of the next day in fact. Obviously im not allowed to name the person but his name is after the bible. King J....... 0/10 for customer care and service
