I stored my luggage with them earlier today using stasher, came back for it later on and they told me to go and grab it from the storage room which I think is already a problem considering it was in a room with everyone else’s stashed items, then the worker noticed that my luggage tag had been lying on the floor with several other tags that they had just left everywhere, so he grabbed my suitcase off of me and made us tell him what was inside for him to let me have it back. Terrible, very unsafe, untrustworthy.

Me and my partner left our suitcase in the hotel with the app stasher whilst visiting the city. Absolutely terrible service and worst stasher we have ever done, the staff do not know how to keep anything safe at all. First of all we were taken into the room with everybody else’s bags and belongings and the guy didn’t even look at our ticket/code that we had if you know how stasher works you are given a ticket and your bag is given a tag with the same code on so the staff can easily identify that the bag is your belongings and not someone else’s(so anybody can basically walk in and steal stuff from the room) when I was in the room every single tag was on the floor and ripped off of the cases and bags all mixed up, I grabbed my case and the guy asked if one of the many tags on the floor was mine which none of them were so god knows where they lost the tag. He then asked me what’s at the top of my case luckily I had something specific in my case that was generic as anybody can go in grab your case or bag and say a default item like black hair brush, black top etc. He then explained that this happens all the time and they have to pay insurance for missing and stole bags/cases I then stated “you guys should keep the correct tags on the cases rather than on the floor” and he basically didn’t even care like I say he said this happens all the time (this is not a statement to be proud of) DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE TO SAVE YOUR LUGGAGE WHETER YOU ARE DOING STASHER OR STAYING THERE your stuff will 100% get taken this has also put us off staying here as a simple task like this can not be followed
Great hotel in the heart of the city close to shopping centre.
Not far from the Albert Dock the Beatles museums.Im so glad I booked this hotel next time we go back to this wonderful city I will book to stay here.😃

Me and my husband went for my birthday yesterday!
David spoke to my husband a couple of days before and made my stay extra special he went above and beyond!
The room was absolutely spotless as always!
We went for a walk round liverpool everything is so close to the hotel which is a bonus! After we finished exploring we came back to the hotel for drinks we were served by nadine and another girl who we didn't get the name of, but know she was from Leeds, again customer service was second to non. They are an absolute credit to Premier inn!
We will definitely be back!
I stayed at the Premier Inn Liverpool One recently. While the overall service was okay, I had a very disturbing experience that I cannot ignore.
First, I want to say that the staff, especially the housekeeping team, are doing a great job. Their hard work and effort are truly appreciated.
However, I witnessed the head of housekeeping speaking to a staff member in a completely disrespectful and demeaning way. I was genuinely shocked. No matter what position someone holds, it is unacceptable to speak to others like that. It was disgusting and inhumane to witness.
People are human beings regardless of their job title, and they deserve respect.
Although I truly appreciate the staff’s hard work and service, I had to give one star because of this experience.
Because of this, I will not be returning. I strongly urge management to address this issue. Respect your staff — they deserve dignity !!!
