  A truly outstanding stay — Premier Inn Lime Street, 4 Bolton St I arrived just after midnight, travelling alone and wanting somewhere close to the station. The moment I walked through the door, the team greeted me by name — such a small thing, but it immediately made me feel safe and looked after. Check‑in was quick and effortless; they could clearly see how tired I was, and even made me a hot chocolate and brought it up to my room. That level of care is rare. The room itself was spotless, the bathroom was immaculate, and the air‑con worked perfectly. I had a brilliant night’s sleep — quiet, comfortable, exactly what you hope for after a long journey. Breakfast the next morning was fresh, delicious, and had a great selection. The lady on the desk greeted me again by name and asked if I’d slept well, which genuinely made my morning. The whole team is refreshingly warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever feeling forced. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Keep doing what you’re doing guys — it is the little things that make all the difference. Thank you!

  A word of advise to all. Don't use the Q Parking the mentioned on their website,as I just did, and had to walk nearly a mile when it's 30 degrees outside. Nearly killed me carrying all my bits, and due to the long walk, I've now also missed the cut off for food! Fantastic.

  The rooms are exactly what you need, although a couple of strange brown patches outside the bathroom and normal iron shapped burn on carpet. The hairdryer fell apart when I picked it up but reported it and they were good as gold. Staff are completely outsiding nothing to much everyone was friendly and smiling. A great location being a 1 minuite walk from train was perfect and a short walk away from everything which made it quieter. Breakfast was perfect lots of choice and nothing seemed to much. Looking at going back next year and I would 100% stay here again.

  The place is ideal and couldn’t be closer to the train station, love Premier Inn and the service was fantastic. Had a guy at reception on the evening of 9.6.26 about 7.30pm very friendly and helpful. Also had someone named Lily who not helped me in the restaurant with my meal but was the first person I met when checking in as well, she was really friendly & welcoming and a credit to the company.

  Our stay got off to a shaky start I originally booked a early check in and it had been removed without anyone telling us.We arrived and a lovely young man called Jayse sorted us out he made us feel important and we were his priority. So crisis averted He is definitely an asset to the hotel 10 out of 10 .The room was lovely very clean staff couldn't do enough for us location was brilliant. We will definitely be returning great hotel and the breakfast is well worth adding on the waiting on staff in the morning were great they were very busy but everything was there 10/10 all around I would highly recommend a stay 2 very happy sisters
