  The room was so clean and the bed very comfortable. The reception staff was a credit to the Premier Inn. They are friendly warm and helpful. Night receptionist recommended nice places to est and the morning receptionist recommended where I could get a great coffee. I would definitely stay again.

  Paid extra for a Plus room and early check-in. When I first got to my room, it was immediately obvious the floor hadn’t been cleaned properly; debris and hair everywhere, a recipe from the week before under the chair, and a toilet paper tube behind the door in the bathroom. The bedside table had a sticky patch – every surface in the room looked and felt like it hadn’t been wiped down for weeks. I just hope someone had bothered to clean the bed sheets and towels. Key card kept failing, so I had to go to reception every day to resolve it. Will not be staying here again.

  I had such a spectacular stay here. The hotel is so close to the train station, a minutes walk, maybe two at a push, it's right outside the station, which is so handy. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The room was nice and clean, you're know exactly what you're getting with a Premier Inn, which is a win in my book. There was a good selection for breakfast; toast, muffins, croissants, cereal etc. The hot food section was great for a little Full English too. It's also situated so well, there's museums and galleries all over the place, most of them free and easily in walking distance. The docks are about 15/20 minutes walk away, but it's so worth a visit. Also, you MUST visit Liverpool Cathedral, which is also a 15 minute walk away roughly.

  Stone throw away from Lime Street station. Easy to find, very convenient and economical. Quiet rooms. Although, windows are tiny. Breakfast is good can caterers to allergies and intolerance. Very good service in the dining area, very polite and helpful. Service was quick. I will definitely visit again when traveling to Liverpool. WiFi isn't free beyond 30min. It didn't matter since I stayed for a night and was out early morning. Need to factor this when planning longer stays and if indoor due to bad weather. Very close to a number of pubs and restaurants. Hotel has its own restaurant and bar as well. Not sure about parking since I travelled by train.

  We always stay overnight at lime street premier inn Liverpool and always have a great experience On this occasion yesterday Saturday 12 September we were meeting our friends at lime street station after their cruise. I suggested breakfast together as walk ins at lime street premier inn . Sadly my friend had fallen on holiday and broken her wrist. Her husband has been v poorly this year so it was a recharge holiday. They need assistance and the staff at lime street premier inn were excellent Particular thanks goes to Jamie who was fantastic and extremely helpful. Nothing too much trouble ! We were able to have a lovely breakfast together and catch up before their onward train journey home to the south Thanks to ALL your caring staff at lime street premier inn Liverpool
