Excellent hotel and great location, you get cheaper parking if you stop in the hotel. Also a great breakfast with great staff, who Are very friendly. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. We will be stopping again

Bathroom dirty, mould, paint flaking from roof on shower. Lamp broken with failed pat test sticker on and not removed from the room. Sheets dont fit the bed properly, staff not interested and everything you ask them appears to be a hindrance. Absolute shambles since the restraunt is residents only, walked in at 6pm with only 3 people in the whole place and they were reluctant to seat me because I had not booked! Was then told there were 8 items not available on the menu including no buns for the burgers! Would not stay again.

Bit grotty, restaurant next door is dirty and menu is shocking, breakfast was ok, good location but that’s about it! Cost over £200 for 1 night with breakfast- not worth a fraction of that tbh

We always tend to use Premier Inn for any night away due to how comfy the beds are! However this time around the room was very dirty and had a lot of black mould. We had paid extra for a “Plus” room and it was a disappointment. To top it off the tv remote wasn’t working, and after speaking with reception beforehand as this was a birthday stay they offered to sort the room and provide some complimentary services. This also didn’t happen. I raised it to reception when we arrived and she confirmed they were aware but the previous day staff hadn’t communicated the details. This was clear a communication issue and she tried to rectify things. Unfortunately again it didn’t resolve the issue as this isn’t what was paid for. For over £100 a night we expected better. The staff were kind but it didn’t account for the price they charge and the health risk the room posed. It’s quite clear the rooms are not cleaned or checked properly. I wouldn’t recommend this, although the location is useful the facilities were shocking. To confirm we were NOT offered any refund on the room and I think this is crazy when this is what it was like. Things needs to approve.
