- EREsther Richardson3 days ago3.0The room wasn't clean. There was sticky food substance on the side board, on the kettle and bits of rice and crumbs there & on floor. This was even more disturbing as I have a peanut allergy & that kind of food often contains peanuts . The food in resteraunt was ok, but probably needed more flavour. However we had a great time there and have been there before and was cleaner, the staff were very kind and will be back

Thd food was good, very clean, and all of the staff were very friendly and went out of there way to make our stay enjoyable. Thankyoy to you all 👍👌
- SKsteve kayJul 28, 20265.0The room was quite large as was the bathroom, it had a very spacious shower with lots of towels already supplied, more could be obtained on request. The bed was bigger than a king size with an excellent mattress and lovely pillows. Being in the town centre made everything easily accessible, we would definitely stay again 👍

The room itself was, much like a lot of this chains I've witnessed, a bit tired. I appreciate that these rooms get abused on a daily basis but when the bathroom door looks like a giant hamster has been chewing it and bed side stands have chunks of edging missing it does spoil the experience. The bed, as usual, was clean and very comfy.
