My wife and I have just had a short break here and everything was great. It was easy to get to the hotel from the station. Room was good as was the great breakfast. I had made a mistake with the booking, but Billy on reception sorted everything out. Well done him !

Our 4 th visit back to this hotel . We like this hotel because of where it is situated in Lincoln. It's perfect for us with the broadgate car park being next door. Our room was clean and perfect for our needs..I Still think the windows should open a little for some fresh cool air, but the air con cooled the room down .. I also wish I'd booked a premier plus room because the hotels Ice machine had broke. But James was great by finding us an ice bucket for this bag of ice I'd bought from the local shop to cool our wine . Breakfast was nice and we've had a lovely few days relaxing in Lincoln..Will definitely be visiting again. The check in at all premier inns is becoming more impersonal, I'm sure it's the future of hotels the world over, where there are machines that sort out your booking , room number and key etc. Thankfully George was there to help us and sorted our check in perfectly. Thanks also to all the other staff and to house keeping for their hard work trying to keep the white dust from the pure white clean linen to a minimum. A little Cost cutter shop 24/7 is just up the road and closer than town shops if you need anything and the guys in there are really helpful and friendly.

I had a stay very disappointing stay at Lincoln city centre premier inn! I paid for an early check in at 11am and upon arrival I had to wait 15 minutes for a member of staff to assist me with checking in. I was wet from the rain and clearly uncomfortable. After standing for 5 minutes for the member of staff to check me in who was more interested in her personal phone which was open on a social media app and she was using her phone more than the computer system to check me in. After finally receiving my key card I went to the first floor where my room was, the key did not work. I returned to reception to ask for a new key, I repeated this process 3 TIMES and on the 4th time I asked the staff member to come with me which she did and I ended up having to be given an emergency key. The following morning 4/5/26 I had the do not disturb sign on the outside of my door. there was a knock on the door at 10am it was a member of the housekeeping team asking if I was checking out today. Which I replied with “yes” and said “ah yes I can see from the sheet” I asked if she knew I was checking out today then why was she disturbing me 2 hours before check out. She said “I wanted to see if you needed anything for your room or any cleaning” which was obviously not the truth if she knew I was checking out. So I was disturbed for absolutely no reason at all. Very annoying
