  Great hotel. The receptionists were lovely and friendly. We only stayed two nights for work purpose. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything you would need. Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the breakfasts included as we were out early. Would definitely stay there again.

  The staff were professional, friendly, and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. The entire hotel was spotless (thank you to the housekeeping team) and surprisingly quiet, which suited us down to the ground. Only a couple of minus points from us were the room felt very small and slightly uncomfortable for a longer stay and there was simply not enough space to hang clothes or store suitcases. The hotel is situated just outside the city centre in the university district along a main road (which we were well aware of beforehand), so you can expect a amount of ambient noise from traffic and possibly students when they return from their summer break. However, it's an easy 10-minute walk down to the Brayford Pool area and about 15 minutes to the main shopping, food, and drink district. If you want to save your legs for the historic Castle and Cathedral quarter, taking a taxi to the top instead of walking Steep Hill is well worth it.

  Amazing service and stay in at this hotel. For one night business trip, was the perfect location, from retail parks, supermarkets, mosque and plenty of parking on site. Laurna provided perfect customer service from booking my room to restaurant recommendations and helped me with my dietary requirements with the buffet breakfast. Will visit again if working in this area. Thanks

  Nice hotel for a 2 night stay... Rooms are clean and quite modern and at a fair price...Really everything you want..Car park £ 11 per night average for any hotel... But thing's change when you are at the bar....It goes from a 3 star hotel to a 5 star hotel in Dubai...1 small bottle of water from the fridge £ 2.95...Guinness and a Glass of wine £15... Don't mind paying over the top prices in a hotel but this is taking the piss.... N N

  Room was well equipped with aircon however the bed was tiny, the quilt made from something noisier than crepe paper and there was a lot of noise from the road outside. The breakfast was tepid and underwhelming. This places only saving graces are its staff and location.
