  I had a wonderful stay at the Premiere inn in Cleethorpes. The room was very clean, comfortable, and I arrived to a fan already on and ready for me in my room, a wonderful touch given the extreme heat of the day. The room however, is not what inspired me to write this review. I experienced the most wonderful hospitality at this location, I was checked in by a lovely and quirky lady, who’s name I didn’t catch, but around midnight I still had a lot of energy, usual for me after a long 6 hour drive, and there was a lovely young man behind the desk who gave me a big smile as I went outside for some air, when I came back in I struck up a conversation, trying to understand the area a bit more, having never been and no idea anything about cleethorpes, only visiting on business. Harrison was very lovely and genuine in his responses, and David appeared out of the side room to also tell me about the area. The two of them were wonderfully hospitable and informative, they answered my endless questions and entertained a well needed chat with me for a good amount of time. I appreciated this tremendously as I needed to expel some energy. Later on I still couldn’t sleep, so went down again to go outside around 4am, the two were still there, greeted me again with genuine smiles, and referenced something I said in earlier conversation. Despite the late hour they were still just as lovely, chatty and smiley. I have never stayed at a hotel with such welcoming and friendly staff, and was pleasantly surprised with their hospitality after a long stressful day. They are the kind of staff that make just a normal hotel stay an extra special one, and exemplify the Premier inn standard I will come to anticipate. If I ever return to cleethorpes, I would be excited to stay here again, and recommend it to anyone visiting.

  Absolutely shocking! We stayed at haven and decide to extend our stay in the premier inn. Unfortunately didn’t even stay the night and left around 10pm to go home. The room was so so hot, I told staff twice and they came up and said they’d fix the cooling system, the heat was actually a health hazard, we had no bathroom fan working so wouldn’t have been able to have a shower because it would have created even more heat-I have asthma and have two younger children, honestly couldn’t be more disappointed and what a waste of £150 we spent on the two bedrooms (the twin bedroom was cooler but didn’t want to leave my older sons and go home). Anyway told the person on the desk we were leaving because it was so hot he said ah I’ve checked or. I said homely go up there and check it’s horrendous! He said ah there’s nothing we can do about that!. Overall I’m disgusted.

  Checking in was really really easy, a pretty member of staff called Rae really helped me with all my questions and queries and I can’t thank her enough for how much she helped me with literally everything. Really a testament to the work force at Cleethorpes. Had a lovely stay and would come again!

  You know what you're getting with Premier Inn and thats the good and the bad. Rooms are all the same comfy and basic. Bar area is always under staffed and this was no different. Leah was alone and lovely so massive we'll done to her but 1 bar staff and 1 cook! Thats poor. Invest in people and you'll get better results.

  We had a one night stay visiting friends in Cleethorpes. Usual excellent standard for Premier Inn. Very comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Breakfast was good value and very substantial. Staff were very friendly and efficient. No problems staying at Premier Inn. Always good and we get what we pay for. 👍🏼👏👏👏
