- HHHiJun 10, 20261.0Been a few times over last 4 yrs Been ok.But 2025 and this Yr 2026 Was so terrible the manger and staff don't care about the custermer. They ignore complaints by phone and email. The last visit was so bad. No lift working. We both disabled. No help with bags up 3 flights of stairs.. The heating did not work. The bathroom was dirty cobwebs filthy toilet a total disgrace. Grafiti on walls near door and windows.(all photos shown to staff) No chair. Filthy kettle and cups. The staff were rude unhelpful. Dident offer us a difrent room or help with bags. We left. Cost us a fortune in petrol. Was my birthday. Never answered our complaints nothing.. The manager should be sacked. And it took over 3weeks to get a refund by booking. Com. They are curupt Do not go to this dump. A migrant hotel would be cleaner and better service.. And you be treated much better it's a one star hotel.And many fake good reviews about this hotel it's a total disgrace.
