Can't fault this Premier Inn. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, exactly what you need for a straightforward, reliable stay. A special mention to the tall guy with tattoos on reception. He was brilliant with my elderly parents, incredibly patient and helpful, which made a real difference to their arrival. Good service, great location, and will definitely stay again.

Stacey is one of the kind, bubbly personality friendly got a good knowledge of the hotel industry. She is a treasure to the Company makes you stay in the hotel worthwhile and stressfree. I give a five stars. The hotel itself is fantastic. The cleaners especially I don’t know their names are outstanding.

Standard Prem Inn room. No opening window but air con. This accounts for the slightly damp smell in rooms and hotel. Very efficient check in though. Meal in restaurant was Ok. Good choice of food & drinks. Breakfast better! Great service in restaurant from Stacey who was friendly and helpful.

Massively disappointing. Room absolutely roasting and it’s not particularly warm outside. ‘Aircon’ but doesn’t cool the room. Window not openable. Shower head useless and sends water everywhere. No bar. Nowhere near the centre of Cleethorpes. Should have done my research. Not good.
