  Nice hotel with helpful staff. Visited during a heatwave. Very hot rooms with no air-conditioning but they did provide a fan. Two storey building with no lift. They did offer a ground floor room.

  Staff are great. But the place needs a revamp. No air conditioning!!! Aaahhhh

  The staff at the hotel were excellent, they helped us get checked in early so that we could get ready to go to a wedding, which they didn't have to do but it was kind that they did. The room itself though was pretty poor. The room had a very creaky floor and it was almost impossible to get up to go to the bathroom without waking my partner. The floor of the room above was ALSO squeaky, and the movement of the people upstairs kept me awake later into the night. I had to turn off the isolator to the extractor fan in the bathroom too because it sounded like an old car engine. Some of the trim and decor around the room was also broken which was dissapointing. The bathroom was clean, but looked old. Overall happy with the service, but the rooms (if they're all like ours) desperately need modernizing.

  It's ok, felt a little tired and the outside area would benefit from a good clean, moss from the roof and scuffed up edging were the stones sit all just needs a little tlc & a good sweep outside would just lift it & make it feel a little bit more cared for. Staff were friendly & helpful, sorted out an iron & ironing board for me & I had two quite nights sleeps there. Would stay again if visiting the area.
