- DTDan Tanfield2 days ago3.0Just about acceptable for the price but walls were dirty/covered in marks. And only 2 plug sockets in the whole room which for a family of 4 plus needing to use the fan as no AC it wasn't adequate. Beds comfy etc and general cleanliness fine.
- BDBianca Donnelly4 days ago1.0NOT dog friendly and NOT peaceful. If you have a dog that is scared of fireworks, shooting or bangs, do not book this holiday park! Unbeknown to us, there was local shotgun shooting from the moment we checked in at 5pm till late. Kirsty on Reception kindly moved us from the furthest away caravan to something closer to the main area in hopes this would help, and we managed to get through the night despite our dog being on edge and not settling. However when the shooting started again at 5:30am and our dog was cowering in the corner, we left as soon as we possibly could. Do not advertise as being dog friendly and peaceful and then not disclose this information on the website. It was clear the staff knew this was a common occurrence. Unacceptable and disappointing.
