As you can probably tell from my reviews I stay in a lot of premier Inn hotels for my job. My boss could only get me a access room for this visit (not a problem for me) So staff, friendly enough, room was a bit different as expected, more wide hall way, lower bed with the help alarm next to it. The bathroom is huge 😂(as expected) and has a lower bath and the sink is lower, also an alarm in there as well. So the room it self, bed crazy comfortable!!! I mean the best I think Iv ever slept on!!! The shower was so very good and powerful (top 5!!) WiFi was super bad but 5g was fine here (thank god) Restaurant/bar… they got Madri so all good there, I’m sure Guinness was by the can machine (😩), food was as always good with all sites! Breakfast as always good. Location…parking was bad! The hotel don’t have any but there is a carpark over the road but it’s 70% dug up and was full the whole day and night! There’s evening/night parking on other side but have to leave by 6am but there’s a toy Story car park over the road and few other places to park near by!

the internet here is 0/10. pathetic. do not stay here if you need reliable internet for work. their basic internet is worthless. i paid 7$ for the special internet and that was also trash. plenty of other hotels in the area. i literally have to go to a pub in the area to take my calls bcoz its such bad wifi.

I had a fantastic experience with Patryk and the whole team. After checking out, I realised I’d accidentally left behind a folder containing some extremely important personal documents. I returned to the hotel and was incredibly relieved to find that the team had found it, immediately secured it in the safe, and kept everything completely safe until I could collect it. Patryk in particular was absolutely brilliant — incredibly friendly, reassuring and helpful throughout — and the whole team couldn’t have been nicer. It’s one thing to have good service when everything goes to plan, but how a team handles something like this really says a lot. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A massive thank you to Patryk and everyone at the hotel. Really, really appreciated!
