- POPETER OBRIEN4 days ago5.0The room was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked including the fan which made the stay more comfortable it was a hot night. The staff were very efficient and helpful especially Julie who was very helpful when ordering my food and drinks. Explained the menu well and also the value for money breakfast and dinner combo. Thank you Julie. I was staying due to work commitments and will make sure I stay here each time I'm travelling for work.
- DCdavid cowell5 days ago2.0Food in restaurant just about eatable never had my food come out the way I asked for it and was served a plate of food that no cook should have let leave the kitchen also signal ie phone and Internet signal feels like it's being blocked because when outside 5g and almost 170 mgb in room 2 mg unless phone is in window overall poor

We always book in advance to get a great room rate, and the breakfast doesn't disappoint. Emma has looked after us all the last two mornings (with one to go) making sure that we sat with our friends staying in a different room, and showed genuine interest in why we're here for Download. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when going to Download or attending an event in the local area
