- RBRod and Emma Beya-Burch4 days ago5.0We loved our second stay at the hotel. The place has undergone a little refurb since we last stayed but the same friendly, welcoming feel remained. The new menu in the restaurant was very promising. We really enjoyed the olives and halloumi dishes as additions to the options. Demi, Emma and Kerry really stood out for their professionalism and attentiveness. They were very personable and made sure we had everything we needed. We miss it already and hope to return soon. One thing that really stood out was the personal touch for National Honey Bee Day. We had a personalised note in our room, with honey bee keyrings. It was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you.

Excellent service from check in and we opted for food in the restaurant and service was 5* I must mention Julie who made us feel so welcome, made a fuss of the children and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was the best we have had at a Premier Inn and we have visited quite a few over the years. Daniel was lovely and made both nights very special as well as the other staff on duty. The young girl on duty at reception rectified a wrong booking with no issues at all. Very much appreciated. Thank you all!
