  Can't help the location, it was just a little far out for us to wheel/walk. The rooms were spacey (premier plus accessible) unfortunately it was only set up for one person despite the booking being for two, although this was quickly fixed with extra towels etc. The restaurant was on the ground floor with again well spaced tables and they were at a good height for my chair. Breakfast was standard premier in buffet although if I was alone I feel I would have struggled to access the counters.

  last minute booking on a monday night and the service was top notch! only a 3 minute walk from the train station and a cosy room for the night you can't go wrong really. between booking it and arriving it was about 10 minutes and our room was ready to go. the two duty managers on were spot on, i didnt catch names but they were so chatty and friendly! in the morning me and my boyfriend had the breakfast and it was spot on, everything was cooked perfectly and paulines service was attentive and warm! would definitely reccomend this site if you are staying in leicester

  I literally have no words for how repulsive this hotel is. Lift didn't work, we were on the 8th floor. On entering the room it stank of cigarettes, the window latch was broken so couldn't get any fresh air in. Everything in the room was in disrepair, missing shelves, holes in the wall just plastered over and had 1 towel. The bathroom had a high pitched noise coming from the light and bathroom was not very clean. I couldn't get out quick enough! Genuinely scared to sleep in the bed!! Massively overpriced for just a standard room. I'm horrified.

  Stayed there a few times including their premier plus rooms. But there has always been issues, ranging from showers flooding after 5 mins, toilet roll holders hanging off walls, visibly dirty armchairs, no hand soap on arrival and dirty towels on arrival posed as clean. Ive complained and it was determined that towels were clean to begin with when I have video evidence timestamped to match with my claim but I guess im lying. I wont be staying here again (I had another 11 visits lined up) the duty manager n guest relations handled my complaint so poorly and im not satisfied especially after paying for premier plus rooms. Nothing premier or plus about it.

  This Premier Inn is a great location, particularly if you're arriving by train as the station is almost next door. My room was a good size and clean though showing some signs of wear. The TV had clearly not been retuned in years as it still showed RT UK which stopped broadcasting in 2021, also newer stations were missing. I asked at reception and it got retuned while I was out. The main problem was check-in. I probably should have used the self-service machines, but had tried them at another PI hotel and found they didn't work well. When I approached reception three members of staff were huddled round a screen trying to print something out for what looked like a contractor. The four of them were laughing and joking and seemed oblivious that I was waiting. I stood there completely unacknowledged for at least 5 minutes before I was at last attended to. No apology for keeping me waiting which I would have thought was basic good manners even if it's not company policy.
