Unfortunately, I noticed in the middle of the night that my room had bedbugs. There were zero other rooms available for me to move into. I had a horrible night and was bitten on my arm, neck and face. However, was refunded and paid compensation for the experience.

Friendly staffs, helpful, reasonable room size but could do with an extra chair in room.

The hotel was ok some stains on fabric in bed room, spider webs had to ask for clean. I also had some items stolen and manager failed to help me. She stood in front of her desk while claiming the item was taken back by the delivery driver when it was placed right at her laptop desk. Strange. When I asked can CCTv be checked she refused to allow me to see. But comfortably chat on her chair and didn’t help while claiming the driver took back my food delivery. If you’re looking for a place that will look after your stuff and help probably not the place. She claims she’s manager so she’s not lying. But it’s really Odd the food was delivered near her laptop where she sat and now it’s not there. Uber refunded But lost trust in this place

checking in reception guy sat there until 3pm, then couldn't move fast enough to get behind a door and out of sight, had to use the check-in Kiosk. Room had a large pillar in front of the window, bathroom untidy and dirty, toilet paper holder fell off the wall, carpet thread bear , main light not working, air condition very noisy and poor quality. Food was diabolical, £7 for four chicken gjouns, no salad, no dressing, smothered chicken, salad limp, obviously used before, so didnt eat it, chicken, did not taste like chicken, so didnt finish it.

Title: Made to feel like a second-class citizen – Shocking lack of accessibility and compassion at Leicester City Centre Premier Inn As a disabled person who traveled a long way for an important meeting, my experience at Premier Inn Leicester City Centre was appalling. I was made to feel unwelcome and treated like a second-class citizen, to the point where I was left wondering if the color of my skin was why I was treated so poorly. No guest should ever be made to feel that way. First, I needed assistance carrying my luggage from my car to my room. Before arriving, I checked that assistance for disabled guests is something Premier Inn provides—yet the staff flatly told me they don't do that and refused to help. Second, I arrived early after an exhausting drive. Rather than showing any flexibility or attempting to find a solution—like offering early check-in or simply directing me to another nearby Premier Inn location—the staff, and I think the manager's name was Natalie, offered zero solutions and showed no willingness to help. The team completely lacks human skills, manners, and compassion. Dealing with them was like speaking to cold, unhelpful robots with zero empathy for a disabled guest in need of basic support. I will never stay at this location again. Premier Inn management needs to investigate this team immediately, because the customer service and accessibility standards here are utterly broken
