  There was a very unpleasant drainy smell near the lift unfortunately. The Aircon was welcome. Just a shame that the room layout means that there are no plug sockets at all on the side of the room with the bed. If your phone lead doesn't have a USB plug, or you have sleep apnea, be prepared to bring an extension lead or ask at reception then try not to trip over it in the night! Lady on reception clearly not enjoying her work as she couldn't manage so much as a smile, let alone a hello. PI staff are usually so good.

  The room was decent for our family of four (two children, including a toddler) and had enough space for a comfortable stay. We chose this hotel over an Airbnb mainly because of the hot weather and wanted air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was very slow to cool the room, and it never felt as cool as we had hoped. Apart from that, our stay was fine.

  everything was all good. we turned up about 11pm checked in, room was clean and comfortable. Car park was pretty busy and what spaces were left were where people had badly parked but we squeezed in. staff were friendly, we didn't use any other services.

  Arrived at hotel with a baby who had been sick in the car on the journey to the hotel. Check in was 40 minutes away and although the room was ready and my 6 month old was in sick the women was so unsympathetic she charged me £15 to check in. Then once came back from food out, the hotel smelt of weed. I went to the reception and complained saying the smell was horrible and going into our room. She advised me they had removed guests for smoking and would put a fan in the lobby. Then the room was so hot, I spoke to another member of stuff who responded “due a heatwave aren’t we” none of us slept well. My daughter woke up in wet clothes from sweating. Raised a complaint day of check out to be told nothing had been reported. Requested them to check cctv where you would see I had but nothing. No refund under good night guarantee nothing. Worst customer service ever ! Will never use again. If you have children, like to sleep in comfortable room temperature and don’t like the smell of drugs avoid at all costs. Staff also clearly avoid logging issues to prevent refunds. Scam.
