  I had a really positive experience at breakfast during my stay. Agata in the restaurant was absolutely brilliant — friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She made sure everything was sorted and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Great customer service and exactly the kind of person who makes guests feel welcome. Thank you, Agata!

  Grubby rooms, tatty carpet, creaking floor boards, no air con just a noisy desk fan that keeps you up all night, and is exempt from the good night sleep protection, not surprisingly. Quilt stuffed under bed, not the most hygienic place to put it. Pubic hair in the bath, spider on the bathroom ceiling. All adds to the grotty impression. Tried to think of something positive. Staff were polite, helpful and attentive. Possibly the 'worst' Premier Inn room that I have stayed in over 20 plus years. Surprised and disappointed based on previous experience.

  Typical premier inn, you get what you expect, always a comfy bed and a decent breakfast.

  We came in for breakfast as walk-ins for our daughter’s birthday. We were so impressed with the service. The waiting staff put balloons up, wished her happy birthday and were really polite/kind throughout. Thank you Casey, Leana, Nadine and Darota. Great team. 👍

  Comfortable rooms, super beds, showers excellent, fluffy towels. Good reception staff. However, we had requested interconnecting rooms but were not given this. It was a specific and important part of the booking. We are daughter, toddler and newborn travelling together. Idea was that toddler could come into me to give my daughter a much needed night’s sleep, albeit interrupted by night feeds. My poor daughter is exhausted today- 6 am start. We were told we’d have interconnecting rooms but on arrival the receptionist said there were none. Another product of a central booking line in another country who are happy to accept payment but do t have proper knowledge of facilities. This morning’s lovely receptionist was really sympathetic and could see the request in the system. She refunded our two breakfasts but suggested feedback requesting a partial refund. My daughter has a full on day today visiting her grandmother and is soo tired. Our booking ref AKL8549054 Thanks Jenny
