- STsam taylorAug 7, 20261.0I left a cosmetics box full of makeup in my room, and didn't realise until I was 2 and half hour away at home. I sent a family member to collect it later on that day. I got all the makeup products back, after they said they claimed they couldn't find it, only to open some of the cosmetics and find that someone had stuck their dirty finger in it and used it. Do not trust the staff.

Excellent service from the restaurant staff, welcoming our grandchildren and making a lovely fuss of them. Excellent choice of food for breakfast from hot cooked food to cold breakfast buffet. Overall great little hotel for either a one night stopover or weekend break.
- FLfaiza lakhiAug 1, 20261.0We stayed here in July for 8 nights and although the rooms are a decent size and the bathroom spacious, I must say, the staff were awful. Cameron and Hardip at the reception desk are most unpleasant and everytime we asked for something, they were unhelpful. Our phone in the bedroom was not working from the time we checked in and we had asked everyday for 4 days for it to be fixed but it never was. So when we needed assistance from the front desk, we literally had to walk there. On arrival we drove from London that day, there was no one at the reception to check us in. We waited for 25 minutes before Cameron came. Customer service is not a priority at all it appeared to be an inconvenience when we asked for hangers or extra pillows. There was also a dark brown stain / smudge on the curtain voile that we pointed out to Hardip and the cleaning staff but it was never cleaned or addressed. Absolutely disgusting. Will definitely not stay there again
