- JJJordanJun 26, 20261.0Room was ok cleaning wise, however on one of the hottest days, walking into the rooms, was like walking into a sauna. So hot and they supply no fans, aircon or anything. Asked reception if they had anything to help as had my puppy with me, and he was struggling with the boiling hot room to get a response of ‘not really my problem’. I know it isn’t the hotels fault of the weather but atleast supply things to help. As this made it seriously hard to sleep and feels that it is unsafe for dogs to be in the rooms due to temperature.

The staff are exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really are the hotel's biggest asset. My only criticism is the temperature of the rooms. They've always been very hot, and during warmer weather they become almost unbearable, especially on anything above the ground floor. If you struggle with heat or are going through menopause, this is something to consider, as it can make sleeping very difficult. Overall, the staff and cleanliness are excellent, but the lack of adequate cooling in the rooms significantly affects the comfort of the stay.
