Gave one key with 5 people staying in the room. I asked for another key, she said she can only give one more. Then she said your on the ground floor, go through the door and turn left. She did not even tell us the room number, I had to look for this myself with all my luggage in my hands. In the room, windows can’t be opened. Stain on carpet. Bathroom rail falling apart. Dirty duvets. Room did not feel clean. Remote does not work properly for tv. Heating or cooling the room using thermostat and you don’t feel any difference in temperature. Reception Refused to warm up baby food and milk. Room was unhygienic for a toddling baby. Extra pillows was not even protectively sealed in the bag for hygiene reasons. Rediclous. Will you stay here again (NO).
