- MHMelissa HarrisonAug 13, 20264.0I had a three night stay which included dinner and breakfast. The rooms were nice and the noise level was very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient.I had the poached eggs everyday, but they came out different each time and not as described on the menu. The fresh smoothie each morning was a nice addition. The evening meals were very overpriced and incredibly small portions. I had the salmon the first night and trout the second. Chips were served with the salmon, which in my opinion is not a complimentary side. The trout was served with sauce only and no sides. This made the portion very small..The deserts were very nice. For the price I would not recommend eating in this restaurant unless your company has already paid for it.

The receptionist was great too, gave 2 taxi numbers for the morning and left an envelope ready for car key collection early morning to avoid any delays during check out. Rooms were a bit worn, but for the price, its difficult to moan too much!

- AKAsh KanAug 4, 20265.0The Crown Plaza East Midlands Airport Hote by IHG is good place to stay and the staff are great!, even though a famous TV chef has their branding at the hotel, it's the hotel staff and the service that the staff provide is very good. The spa and gym facilities are good as well as the pool, breakfast was buffet and continental style. Yes I would stay again!!
