  Just stopped here for two nights on business. Location excellent for access to motorway but what impressed the most was the friendly staff, willing to assist and make your stay enjoyable and the freshly cooked breakfast. Food cooked to order, not the usual buffet of higher star hotels which allows the food to sweat in tub trays. Not here, chef is attentive to all requests and food is served piping hit and non greasy . Excellent. Will return

  On arrival greeted by friendly, polite staff. The rooms were very clean and tidy. There is plenty of parking spaces. During the evening meal period there was a shortage of staff and Kia was covering reception, bar and restaurant doing an excellent job but I feel as though a couple of more staff members would have eased the pressure

  Went for the premium room, it was very nice. Requested a cot in the room. Called the day before to ask them to ensure a cot in the room... You guessed it no cot in the room. Asked for a cot post check in, was assured one would be brought. Did not come had to ask again and offer to bring it up to the room ourselves before it was finally brought well past babies bedtime. Staff were friendly and helpful but clearly too busy to accommodate, still no excuse when we even rang ahead to remind and confirm.

  My 2 friends and I stayed here the night before our early morning flight. It felt like our holiday started the moment we walked into the hotel !! We were warmly greeted by Daniella, Melissa and Pamela. After we'd taken our bags to our rooms, we came down for drinks in the bar before dinner. Pamela gave us a quiz sheet to do and it was a really fun atmosphere in the bar - laughing with other guests; trying to guess the answers. Our meal in the restaurant was delicious, and it really was the perfect start to our holiday - we felt relaxed. So we're back now after our 7 night break in Greece, but we feel like we've had an 8 night holiday - because we all had such a nice time at the Premier Inn the night before we flew. And !! We all agreed the beds at Premier Inn were definitely the most comfortable :-) Thank you Daniella, Melissa and Pamela and all the staff for looking after us so beautifully.

  This review is based purely on the restaurant. The hotel itself was great and room was very clean and I couldn’t fault it. The service we received on Wednesday night was by far the worst I have ever experienced in my life. It took an hour just to receive our drinks. Nearly an hour and a half to receive our food. It just beggars belief. We were seated for over half an hour before someone even took our drinks order. I could hear all the other diners around us putting in complaints about slow service, wrong orders, missing items etc. The two wait staff didn’t exactly seem rushed off their feet. They were just milling around and seemingly trying to blame each other for how poorly things were being handled. When a nice lady called Emma finally appeared and helped out, things improved dramatically but by this point my evening was already written off. I think a back-to-basics retraining is desperately needed. How hard is it to teach the following: 1. Seat guests. Ask if they would like a drink while they look at the menu. Send drinks order to the bar. 2. Come back 5-10 minutes later with drinks and ask what guests want to eat. Send food order to kitchen. 3. When ready bring food to table and ask if guests need anything else. 4. When you see a table of empty plates, come to take away the plates and ask if the guests would like dessert or just the bill. Act accordingly depending on answer. We stopped by for what we thought would be a quick couple of burgers but ended up trapped for almost 2 hours! If you are thinking about coming here for dinner, I would suggest you consider other options.
