Having stayed here before and had a really good experience this hotel has gone really down hill i booked though holiday extras so as soon as I went to reception to tell them my issues they told me to complain to them I wasn’t told on booking that the restaurant and bar would be closed so there’s nowhere to get a drink I was told there’s a pub 10 mins away the room smelt of cigarettes and fusty and the windows can’t be opened at all there are now no phones in the room to get a wake up call or incase of any emergency can safely say won’t be returning

Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by Carol, she was very friendly and welcoming and efficient, A Lovley lady. Room is perfect for our needs, short stop over before going to the airport which is literally 5mins down the road.

I have never stayed premier hotel where I felt like a hindrance more than I did here. We stayed with my 3 year old girls and feel beginning to end we were made to feel like a burden. Last night I wanted a spare pillow for my daughter, the lady on reception said," you will have to wait a bit, they are all over the place". We were allowed to check out an hour later by the lovely girl on reception last night 13th sepetmber. When I spoke to lady today, to see if we could have an 20 mins later due to flights being later. The older lady said, abruptly, "No and you shouldn't of been allowed by the girl last night. I have had to move all the rooms around now" all this was said to me in front of another guest sat in reception. There is more on the service but I worry I would go on a Rant. The best thing about the service was the lovely cleaners. Who were fab with me and my family. Never again will I stay at this hotel. I am more than livid with the service.

Lovely welcome and very helpful young lady on the reception. Ideal location to the airport and the rooms were immaculate. Unfortunately due to an early flight we ate not able to take advantage of the complementary breakfast, never mind 😀.
