From the moment we arrived, Carol went completely above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. She kindly got us some milk when we needed it, gave our 3-year-old toys to keep them entertained, and even went out of her way to arrange an extra hour of late checkout for us at no extra cost. Nothing was too much trouble, and her kindness, warmth, and genuine care made such a difference to our stay. It’s rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to making guests feel welcome, and Carol is a real credit to Premier Inn. Thank you, Carol, for your outstanding customer service. You turned a great stay into an exceptional one, and we won’t forget your kindness. We hope Premier Inn knows what a true gem they have

Outcome found the onwards journey very painful and now have a massive black bruiseon my hip whichis very painful. Please be careful with the shower as I'd hate anyone else to suffer like I have

No restaurant currently as a bigger ones being built but they do give you a complimentary continental breakfast and there's choice within 10 mins walk of various pubs, including a Spoons, and fish and chip restaurant. 5 min walk from a cracking little park with a decent sized lake and a 10 min drive from the airport. Really comfortable rooms as you'd expect from Premier Inn and very quiet. Great nights sleep. Car park is 7 quid tho....

We were fined over £50 for not paying it...because it was assumed that Travelodges have free parking. Nobody mentioned it at the reception sadly and that is not ok.
