- MMMAJul 29, 20265.0Had a very good stay, great service, thanks to Leah, Aaron & Paige, absolute stars! They were really kind, considerate & helpful. Leah at reception has the perfect personality for hospitality & was absolutely brilliant, kind, welcoming, warm, friendly & very helpful. Aaron (AJ), an amazing star, is the chef, who provided a wonderful & generous breakfast. Paige, an angel, also at breakfast, was exceptionally kind, considerate & helpful. Lastly, another person who really deserves credit for doing such a hard job so well is Oliver in housekeeping, really cheerful! I really hope these very kind & wonderful people can be recognised for the great effort they put in making guests feel welcome & comfortable.

The staff make this feel like a home from home, they are always so helpful and friendly … We’ve been using this hotel (in all its hotel forms) for over 24yrs and the team here are the best of the best. Rooms are super comfy, breakfast always amazing (they make the best porridge too!) but the best part about this hotel are without doubt the team that always go above and beyond. Would never go anywhere else when in this area…
- JJJohnJul 14, 20261.0NO A/C, don't make the same mistake as I did, assuming the refitted rooms had Aircon, as usual window barley opens and honestly its like sleeping in a sauna. Also it's only 23° and not in a heatwave and this is how premier Inn expect you to sleep. Totally unacceptable. Only the premier plus rooms have Aircon and I'd have paid extra if they had them but none available. I stay regularly at premier inns and this has caused a huge dent in my appreciation with them. Just look prior to booking or go elsewhere. Also fan provided was very dirty.
