- CSCameron Smith.today5.0I Had a premiere room very comfortable bed. Great walk in shower. Loved having the purple light on without being disturbed. Freindly welcoming staff.
- CTChef TamboSep 26, 20265.0I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, recently renovated, and provided everything I needed for my one-night visit. I also dined at the Red Kite Restaurant which was adjacent to the premier inn. While the food was satisfactory, the dining experience was somewhat disappointing due to the lack of steak options available on the menu. After I had placed and paid for my order, I was informed by the manager that the steak was unavailable as they were awaiting a delivery. As an alternative, I was offered a kebab meal, which was acceptable and appreciated as a substitute. Overall, the accommodation was very good, although the restaurant experience could have been improved through better communication regarding menu availability.
- AAAdamAug 31, 20262.0Staff at reception were nice, the bed was comfortable with very clean bedding and the room had everything you'd need for an overnight stay. The room has thin walls so it might not be the best choice for a light sleeper. The bathroom was nice and clean and the rest of the room looked clean on the surface but when it started raining I looked out the window and discovered the window was absolutely filthy. There was also a few spiders and webs throughout the room. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, unless the cleanliness was improved.
- AWAlex WoodAug 24, 20265.0Everything about my two night stay at this hotel was exceptional. The room was spotless, the breakfast the best I've had in ages and when I messed up my booking, reception called me and sorted it out. There's a good pub next door for dinner.
