The cooked breakfast this morning was stone cold. Staff not attentive to guests arriving at the breakfast room. My major concern, however, is that the man preparing and cooking food (also serving dinner last evening) has a mop of hair, combed forward and neither covered or tied up. I an sure that this is contrary to food hygiene regulations

I stay in Premier Inns a lot - both for business and leisure. I think Headingley is one of their best and is my "go to" hotel if I am staying in Leeds. There is plenty of free parking (albeit up quite a narrow ramp) - park in the blue spaces for hotel guests. The location is great - in a very good part of Leeds popular with young professionals - several restaurants within 100m, a Sainsburys Local very close and is on a major bus route into town. The rooms are quiet and clean, but what sets it apart is the team. I have stayed there several times before, as well as this weekend and have always had exceptional customer service from the Headingley team.

Had a great stay in this hotel. perfect location as we were there for a friends wedding nearby. Lovely room and friendly staff. Jordan the manager was very helpful when our taxi didn't turn up to take us to the wedding, she quickly organised another one for us. Will definitely stay again

Premier Inn Leeds Headingley, staff was pleasant, helpful. Room was large double, booked three nights. Disappointed with bathroom, small sink, no hot water, only cold. Carpet condition was very dirty, not being cleaned in a long time. Foot stool had a bad stain in middle of cushion top. In three nights cleaner did not come to change sheets, tidy up room or top up the tea, coffee, sugar milk. Saw the cleaner in corridor, who said she not servicing rooms, I should go and request at the mini reception desk

We stayed at this hotel between September 9th and 11th and experienced a severe cleanliness issue. As you can see in the attached photo, under the bedsheet, there was a disgusting urine stain on the mattress and a horrible smell. It made us feel nauseous and completely disgusted. When we reported the situation to the staff, they showed absolutely no embarrassment or remorse. As if this were completely normal, we were simply told, "Go outside for a couple of hours, we will change the bed linen." There was no apology offered whatsoever. I am not looking for a refund, and the money I paid is insignificant to me. However, I regret every single penny I spent on such a disgusting experience. Throwing that money in the trash and sleeping on the street would have been better. I strongly condemn your disgusting standards of cleanliness and your lack of responsibility, and I will not be recommending this Premier Inn branch to anyone. Note: I have stayed at other branches before and never experienced such an issue.
