  Very conveniently located (5 mins walk from station). Easy to check in and helpful friendly staff. A special mention for the lovely Callum, who was extremely welcoming and helpful.

  Stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter & grandson, whilst my daughter was doing training local. Hotel was lovely spotlessly clean. Callum was great really welcoming, couldn't do enough to help us really made our stay a good one.All the staff were polite & helpful i would definitely recommend & stay again if ever back in Leeds.

  Good stay overall. Great location and friendly, helpful staff. The room was comfortable, but there was some mould in the bathroom and the air conditioning could have been a bit cooler. The Wi-Fi was also quite poor, and I struggled with mobile signal in the hotel. Other than that, everything was good and I’d happily stay again.

  Dreadful experience on September 9th around 1:00 PM. We stopped by the front desk to ask if any rooms were available for that evening. The agent (a tall, young blonde man) immediately told us they were fully booked, without even checking his computer system. We then asked if we could at least use the paid luggage storage service, but he flatly claimed it was full as well. Surprised by this, we checked their website on the spot, only to find that several rooms were actually available! When we showed him, he looked caught off guard and admitted he hadn't even checked his availability since that morning and still made no effort to look at his screen. Once we pointed out the rooms online, he told us that if we wanted to get in right away (since official check-in is at 3:00 PM), an early check-in fee of £15 would apply, on top of an already steep base rate of £180 a night for a simple room. We explained that we only wanted to drop off our bags and asked if booking a room would at least grant us access to the luggage storage. His response? "I'd have to go check if there's space"... a step he didn't even bother to take. Instead, he immediately retreated back into his office and shut the door on us, looking as if we had interrupted him in some personal task he was doing or whatever. Faced with contradictory information, sheer laziness, and a total lack of professionalism, we walked out and booked elsewhere. We travel extensively, but we have never encountered such poor service.

  Première expérience très décevante chez Premier Inn hier le 9 septembre aux alentours de 13h. Nous nous sommes présentés à la réception pour demander s'il y avait de la disponibilité pour le soir même. L'agent nous répond catégoriquement que l'hôtel est complet sans même vérifier. Surprises, nous demandons s'il est au moins possible de déposer nos bagages car l’hôtel propose un service ce bagagerie payant mais il nous assure que la bagagerie est pleine elle aussi. En vérifiant leur site internet dans la foulée, nous constatons qu'il reste pourtant bien des chambres disponibles. En le lui montrant, l'agent paraît surpris et avoue ne pas avoir regardé son planning depuis le matin... Il nous indique alors que si nous réservons, il faudra payer un supplément pour avoir la chambre immédiatement. Nous précisons que nous cherchons simplement à poser nos affaires, et demandons si la réservation débloquerait au moins l'accès à la bagagerie. Sa réponse ? Il faudrait qu'il aille vérifier s'il reste de la place... Entre les informations contradictoires et le manque de professionnalisme nous avons préféré fuir et réserver chez la concurrence. Nous voyageons très régulièrement dans de nombreux établissements et chaînes mais nous n'avions jamais été accueillis de la sorte.
