- TBtony broadbent3 days ago4.0Well positioned for arena and centre of Leeds Check in not so great as self check in via qr code Staffing at minimum level Good breakfast Tidy neat comfortable room
- SBsimi balasubramaniam4 days ago1.0Very old rooms, no facilities and extremely rude staff
- MCMatthew Condie5 days ago5.0Beds are always comfy and rooms always cleans, the area is perfect for getting about I’ve used it for work many times
- MCMister CSep 28, 20265.0A comfortable nights rest, quiet in the room away from the noise of the city. Check in process was straight forward, staff always at hand for help when needed
- AAAntonioSep 14, 20262.0The morning staff are good, but the afternoon staff weren't visible. My room was late being ready and I had no one to speak to. I also couldn't pay for parking as no one was there to give me a pin or QR code. The rooms look like they've seen better days. There are deep stains that have history in them.
