We had a great stay at this location, the rooms were clean and check in was easy. We had a slight issue with our booking but Billy and Zainab went the extra mile and sorted us out - big thanks to both!

Firstly I have given a 3 out of 5 because last week when I stayed here I had absolutely no complaints. On arrival this week, I stood in the porch ringing the buzzer for sometime (approx 1225am) and then resorted to phoning the number on the website. And after I went through the options and spoke to a virtual receptionist it put me through to the hotel - where it rang off the hook. I was greeted by a gentleman called Ravi who insisted I hadn't waited and was gone for literally a minute collecting bottles to fill up at the bar. His attitude was not friendly, it was aggressive and showed zero level of common courtesy or hospitality. He refused to check me in and stormed off to the office - I was wearing flip flops but tried to catch the door but didn't make it. I assumed he was on his own and my booking details were on my work laptop in my suitcase - hence I would have liked person to person check in, not the machine. After a short while a lady came out who was apologetic - explained she had gone to find a fan for a room. Ravi was glaring at me and she told him to leave, I said I'm going to make a complaint - he said, that's OK, I'm friends with the area manager! Despite Deborah's numerous attempts to get Ravi to leave - as she was visibly shocked at his argumentative tone and words. He stayed. Deborah was extremely helpful and friendly throughout. As I went to my room I said good night to Deborah, and said it to him - he ignored me the first time, but answered the second time. Then, he asked what room I was in - which I told him. Not sure that level of interest/aggressive tone was necessary either. After a 4 hour drive, this isn't the welcome you want or deserve. I was even later last week and the chap on reception was extremely friendly - we discussed nearby restaurants etc.

Had a great stay at Premier Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming throughout. A special mention to Lindsey on reception, who was excellent — friendly, professional, and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you for such great service!

We do love ourselves a Premier Inn. This one was clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced parking with plenty of spaces. We stayed for 2 nights. Far enough from the centre to be peaceful yet only a short walk away. Considering the location, the price was amazing. Restraunt next door which we didnt use so can't comment and we didnt have breakfast but it smelt gorgeous. Small bar in the lobby. Sainsburys and Tesco around the corner. It's everything you need for a few nights in Leeds.
