  had a really bad experience got placed in here by the council as I’m almoast 5 pregnant and homeless I also have autism and it makes me extremely anxious so I don’t really know how to communicate everything was fine staying here until I went to sit in the breakfast area that was closed (I didn’t know) when a staff member came in and got quite angry saying I shouldn’t be in here and I need to leave now before she removes me from the building I left the breakfast area and stated I thought it was open because there was another boy in there with me (I already left the area by now so was in the lobby) and another woman walked round the hallway and said that’s my son what about him he can be in there because I work there and got really aggressive I started crying because both staff members were cornering me I sat on the stairs crying to call my mum because the lady told me to leave the whole hotel before she calls the police so I didn’t really know what to do as I have no home to go to I told her to call the police because I have done nothing wrong but made a small mistake. She then called the police and said there is a “very high rate girl in the hotel screaming and she won’t leave” i was calm but crying on the stairs also when she got off the phone from the police she started laughing in my face so i just got my bag and left because i wasnt going to sit there stressing out as it’s not good for my baby I’ve then called back later on to ask if i could come back in and the man on the phone was kind he told me that my room had been taken from me and my things have been put in the lost and found she also told the other staff members that I am banned because I was been racist I’m 100% not racist and never said anything about race or to do with it I’m actually speechless and have never seen a staff worker act like this i would also like to add I felt very uncomfortable around the hotel as men were asking if I do work and if I wanna come out with them and the staff didn’t do anything to prevent the men (not really suitable for young women) I’ll put a picture of the 2 woman in case anyone else has an incident here with them

  Staff are not welcoming rooms are disgusted and had a paying customer being racist to other customers there are people having intercors outside of the building on the corner there are kids running up and down the halls knocking on all the doors cleaners are appareling that say there here to clean only the rooms but do not clean the main entrance and it is difficult to get bedding and the people who work here have little work ethic there are no seating areas just a little corner where they expect people to stand huddled up I witnessed someone offering to pay to have there emotional support animal here and they refused but let aggressive dogs in the building after there owner told people there dogs bite

  I had exceptional service here, the desk staff were really friendly and welcoming and really got us out of a bind as another local hotel had left us without a place to stay. We had a brisk breakfast on our departure day. The room was great and I loved the bathroom set up as it was quite big and had a great shower.

  My friend booked into this hotel On arrival men stood outside Went in, was a strong smell of curry Apparently residents were cooking in rooms She asked if they could cook in room and they said No your not a resident,(living there waiting on council houses) They saw men hanging around Decided this hotel was not for them, Left after a full refund,
