Good location, easy access, and a large car park. The staff is friendly and helpful, and both the reception and breakfast areas are very clean. The room itself is okay for this chain, but it requires much more thorough cleaning. Right away, I noticed rubbish in the bin from previous guests, dust practically everywhere (especially in the air conditioning), dirty glasses and mugs, hair in the shower, and an unvacuumed carpet. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. A major downside is the noise outside. There is a lot of traffic noise from the street side, and on the car park side, there is an ongoing building renovation next door, which was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel's website. The breakfast is standard for this chain, but the breakfast staff deserves special praise—they do a great job keeping everything spotless and clearing tables continuously.

A little tricky to get to the car park (if you ignored the satnav) and if arriving at night expect the road to the car park to be single file. Good size room, friendly staff and easy check in. Parking is pricey. Good food choices for breakfast

Our stay was great overall. Breakfast was good but quite limited — there was no cheese or ham. I don't eat scrambled eggs, and I was unable to get an omelette, so you can imagine what my breakfast was like over 4 days. Please consider making allowances for different dietary preferences. On the positive side, the room was good, and having a microwave on the ground floor was very helpful. One thing to note is that the bathroom has no door, so you have to be careful to avoid water spilling into the toilet area when bathing. The highlight of our stay was Pomah and Joe. They were the best — always ready to help and would always stop for a minute or two to chat and check how we were doing. They made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you both!

I stayed at this hotel for a week for business. The hotel is comfortable the food is nice and the staff are great. If you are visiting look out for Isabella on reception or the bar. This lady makes you feel welcome has a fantastic way in chatting to customers. I would as far to say she brings so much energy to the hotel. We all know being away from home and travelling can be tiring but Isabella with her passion and infection of energy gives you a boost. Thank you Isabella you are amazing 👏
