  Ideal spot to stay in Leeds - only real criticism is the pile-grater loo paper - next time I’ll pop to Tescos for a roll, but otherwise great.

  Staff were amazing and very helpful. Food was disgusting and if you're unable to eat gluten or dairy prepare to face cold beans on cold toast with stone cold bacon. They microwave the gluten free sausages, yet they were still cold in the middle. For dinner the only option is a Thai microwave curry, which should be considered soup. The 'accessible' room. Door needs adjusting as even my sister struggled to open it, and as a wheelchair user I found it almost impossible. It left me in agony. Luckily staff were more than happy to open it when needed. The tea/coffee shelf was at head height, and the kettle was hard wired, so couldn't be moved. Bed was fine, the correct height, and comfy. You'll have to be psychic to know where the 'Send' button is on the phone. It's not marked (I put a sticker on it after a staff member pushed it). The wetroom was so dangerous it was laughable. Smooth slippery floor tiles and such a steep shower area it was unsafe. Shower unreachable. Wall mounted shower chair too high. Toilet too high, with no lid (poo particles if you can even reach the flush) and no way to side transfer due to the steep slope into the shower area. Corner sink too high... They really need to employ a wheelchair user before deciding on what they 'think' we need. The hotel air con machinery was so loud, and directly outside the window, that I got no sleep at all. No accessible rooms on the ground floor, they do offer a PEEP form however.

  Fantastic location for the armouries and New Dock. Confortable and quiet rooms, with breakfast and bar on site.

  Nice quiet hotel good breakfast, food menu in restaurant not up to much.20 to 25 minutes walk to city centre or you can get the water taxi if it's running
