  This is not a luxury hotel so my expectations were a bit reduced but the team were all great, the room was lovely and the breakfast decent. It started before I arrived, having just stayed in a similar level (not IHG) hotel the previous week which I discovered did not have air conditioning and was unbearably hot I contacted the hotel in advance to ask about air conditioning. They responded swiftly and confirmed the AC and that they would make a note to give me a room with the most modern ac system. I was impressed by their speed and response. Check in was very pleasant, they took account of my air conditioning request, thanked me very might for my silver membership (I do not travel that much these days so dropped down from platinum!) The room was lovely, good size, comfortable chair, normal tea and coffee equipment, reasonable show and air conditioning They did food in the evening which was a bonus but we wandered out to a local restaurant. Breakfast was decent. A couple of additional vegetarian options would have been nice on the cooked buffet This review is in the context of a 3 star hotel where it was absolutely top end

  Great hotel with really nice staff and in a good location for The Armouries. Car Park right next door with discount if you use the hotel.

  Great location for the armouries museum, 10/15 minutes walk along the canal to the shopping area,

  I had a lovely time in this hotel, we booked so we could visit the museum so the location was lovely - close enough to walk the around the city waterways too. It was clean, quiet and welcoming and I would definitely stay here again!

  Just checked out after a nights stay and we were both very impressed. Service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Room was spacious and spotless. 10/15 minutes flat easy walk into the city centre. Quirky canary pub just outside hotel if you wanted something different. Hotel has a lovely restaurant and bar and breakfast was excellent. I am coeliac and the staff were very knowledgeable and made me feel very safe. For the price we paid we really couldn't get any better. Highly recommend and next opportunity to be in Leeds we wouldn't go anywhere else.
