  Had a beautiful stay with my wife and little one. We absolutely loved all the facilities especially the pool and spa. Breakfast was spot on. Rooms spacious and clean. Location perfect. Service great. Everything was perfect but there is only one recommendation, if they could add a little playroom for little ones it would be awesome. Overall though 10/10. Would definitely recommend and come again

  Checked in Saturday afternoon by Anna who was very friendly and helpful and even managed to get us into our rooms earlier than expected which allowed us more time to explore our surroundings. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food, all buffet style. The staff throughout the hotel were all really friendly, pleasant and looked smart. On check out it was Anna again on reception and she very kindly let us leave our bag whilst we went off shopping, she is a real credit to the hotel and made us feel welcome all the way through.

  Rooms nice with 2 queen beds which were comfortable.Clean bathroom but shower rather weak pressure . Breakfast was very good quality and hot . All staff encountered where very polite and professional. Location 15min walk from station for me but do have slight walking issues so not too bad really .All in all I would recommend the hotel and will be booking again if stopping in Leeds.

  Always a fantastic time at the Crown Plaza, especially the one in Leeds. This time, we had a surprise 3rd guest with us and when we discovered our room didn't have a sofa bed option, we were moved to a room with two large beds! Big thanks to Dony, who always works with a smile and a lot of friendliness. He was so helpful with our check-in and rooming situation, despite most of the rooms being booked out. We also really enjoyed the Spirit Health Club! My husband and I used the pool, sauna, and steam room in the last hour of it being open, and it was all very delightful. Not to mention, it was not crowded at all at that time! Finally, the club lounge and breakfast are always a mega hit. We were able to get drinks at the lounge well into the evening and by arriving early to breakfast, we were treated to extremely fresh offers on the buffet with pretty much no waits in the lines. As someone with a gluten allergy, I was also grateful to get gluten-free bread toasted in the back to enjoy with my English Breakfast. Finally, the location is great, just a short, 10-minute, straightaway walk from the train station. All-around fantastic stay as usual and will continue to stay here when visiting Leeds.
